They greeted us, and two employees asked if we needed help. The store was clean, and so were the restrooms. Checkout was fast and easy.

I'm AMAZED at how good the service is. I had written Best Buy off years ago. Back then sales associates were paid on commission and if you weren't looking at an expensive item you were lucky to get someone's help let alone their knowledge of a particular item. Not any more. Associates are not paid on commission, they are plentiful and are engaged. If they're unsure on a particular product they actually go find someone who is. We've purchased three things in recent months ranging from several hundred dollars down to less than $100 and the experience was STELLAR. Additionally, we did decide we weren't happy with our largest purchase and exchanged it for something a little more expensive and the process was painless. I highly recommend Best Buy.

Isaac was really passionate about the new technology available in the world of TVs, and gave us a comprehensive demonstration of the benefits of OLED. The soundbar demo was also really cool! I didn't think I needed a subwoofer until now 😂

Excellent! My bedroom TV would not work, just like that, done! I ordered a TV online and within 2 hours I picked it up and had the TV up and running! Perfect picture-it’s an OLED. Highly recommend it!

Alec from the Geek Squad saved me today. My computer was unable to boot past the BIOS, and all the troubleshooting I was doing yielded nothing. Took my computer in and within 30 minutes, we identified the damaged component, bought a new one, and replaced it there on the spot.

Had the best shopping experience here on Black Friday. They had plenty of stock and people on the floor to answer questions and make your electronic dreams come true.

The team member we worked with a couple of nights ago was pleasant to work with. He understood what we were looking for and also respected our realistic needs and wants. It was closing time, and our assistance and experience were not jeopardized. We accomplished what we all wanted to accomplish, and I respect that the employee did not push us even though the store was closing. I did not like that the lights started turning off with us (customers) still in the store. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Did an online order pick up in store, went seamlessly. Had a whole bunch of old electronics to recycle. Staff was very helpful with that task making sure I did everything correctly. This is a great service Best Buy offers.

ordered online, and within 20 minutes, they had my product at the front counter. i had about 3 people make sure i was being taken care of.

I went into Best Buy with an idea of what I wanted … a lesser expensive laptop then I met O Leary who educated on me and took his time on something that would make more sense for me. I had to run to work and returned later that evening … and met Marcus… he took his time and assisted me with my purchase… I get gift cards form my employer as a bonus and he patiently helped me process those so I could get my new computer… best customer service ever ! I work in sales and know what great customer service is and beyond all 10s would recommend… amazing staff thank you guys so much ! I will make sure this location is the only location I shop at ! Thank you !!!

One of my favorite places to shop. I love electronics, the price match policy is awesome, the staff is usually very helpful.
I even got their credit card and the amount of stuff I've been able to get with the points is crazy haha.

The Eden Prairie best buy usually has what I need for computer accessories, adapters, and appliances. They aren't always the lowest cost but they do price match if you find an associate. I usually look online to check pricing and availability before going. They are in a convenient location and have saved me many a trip across town to the computer parts store. The store staff are helpful and usually ask if I need help when I enter.

I got there at a good time and there was plenty of help. I walked out with a tv in less than 10 min

Went in to buy a fancy new mobile phone for my partner, they had everything we needed, including accessories.

Staff was extremely helpful and even guided us around the isles to get what we wanted. Definitely a fun experience.
