This is such a wonderful bird store! The bird food and feeder selections are extensive and of high quality, as well as everything else bird related (bird baths, nesting material). The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. Try it out- you'll be glad you did!

Best bird store around. You'll find Everything you need with staff who are friendly , knowledgeable, very helpful. Join their club and get great discounts. I love that they have bird seed in small and larger bulk bags. I went in to buy another bird feeder. I have one I bought over 10 years ago( still in great shape) but wanted a larger one. They still carry same feeder.... They sell quality feeders, built to last. Gotta love a store that does that!!!

I love shopping here! It's well organized and fun to find new foods, high quality feeders and different accessories for my Advanced Pole System. When I can't go in, I easily order online and shipping is super fast.

The birds love the food and I buy the no mess blends to keep under my feeders clean. I absolutely love their pole system. I am always changing around my setup to attract new birds and try new things. I even have a second pole system that uses their branch holders to allow for birds to perch before they come to the feeder. I see so many more birds this way and they really seem to love it. Since my viewing area is from a higher vantage point, I have the main pole in the middle of the yard and the branch tree allows them to fly in there first and assess if it's safe before coming to my feeders.

The owner is great and bird feeding/watching has really been a wonderful activity for me and the kids.

Ted was incredibly helpful. After sharing my situation and desire to make it easier for smaller birds to enjoy my birdbath he showed me several options and ultimately settled on a landscape rock fountain. It's perfect, moving water and a safe place to stand. Great selection and thoughtful service

I had an amazing experience here. I was buying some bird seed as a gift. I know absolutely nothing about birds, bird seed, feeders. Anything. I told the associate how little I knew (I had done enough research though to know that most commercially available bird seed was junk. That's what brought me to this store because others recommended this company for good quality and service.)

Denise helped me and she was so nice and explained everything really well. She so was knowledgable about the products, where they get their seed and how to use the seed for different animals. Seriously, I have never had any interest in birds, let alone wanting to feed them, but Denise got me so excited about all of this stuff that I want to start feeding birds myself. Her passion for birds totally rubbed off on me.

Great store! Friendly and helpful staff able to answer your questions. Give you deals and discounts whether able. Also have a friendly and affectionate dog which is a huge bonus to me. Would definitely recommend and will use as my main source of bird supplies!

The owner, John, spent an hour repairing 3 bird feeders I brought in. We had an engaging conversation the whole time. Great customer service! I the signed up on the WBU bird seed program and the first evening a cardinal came to one of my feeders!

Customer service exceeded my expectations. John was solution focused, knowledgeable, patient and wasn’t salesy. I had an issue with grackles dominating my feeders which scared away the small songbirds. John recommended various feeder options to accommodate the desired birds but deter grackles. In less than 24 hours the grackles gave up and the songbirds returned! Highly recommended WBU, Eden Prairie. Great food, great products and most importantly...great customer service!

Real friendly people who are enthusiastic about birds n they have cool products that work for years. You may find them a bit expensive but they have lifetime warranty on the feeders and it's totally worth it. They have replaced my suet feeder twice since squirrels chewed it

What is not to love about a bird store? Honestly, they have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have two of the lifetime guarantee feeders and they are a cut above the rest. Plus, the birds love their premium seeds.

I usually shop at my local WBU in st Paul but wanted an option that could ship to me as I can't easily Uber with 2020 being what it is. So I placed a couple of orders at their eden Prarie location. I was very impressed with Jon, who called me regarding my order of the APS system making sure I knew exactly what a part was for, and what my plans were for to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Not only that, I opened my order to find a note with instructions for my set up, as well as a free sample which I didn't expect at all. WBU is such a joy, and I'll always think back to my first thought upon walking by the one on Ford Parkway, 'ooh! A bird store!' knowing it's much more than that. It's non judgemental knowledge, and it's people that share the joy of having a Hitchcock film in my backyard.
