A worker here named Micheal was amazing he helped me expeditiously when I called about an order that was made wrong , he was very kind and found a solution that would work with my time schedule . I will always return even after mistakes with such nice workers like him .

Visited today for opening day. Very clean and organized. They have a drive thru window which is very convenient. Staff was helpful and quick.

I always love sheetz. I am here EVERY Single day. And get my breakfast sandwich and monsters.

Management was very kind and handled my issue quickly and efficiently highly recommend

I don’t hook cards to my phone and I had to I was going to run out of gas this afternoon because I forgot my wallet at home on my way to work so figured out how to get my card on my phone and the great young lady helped me and physically did it for me save me from being late you the best young lady

Update: I was able to get reimbursed for the order, and the morning manager was very nice. I've updated it to 3 stars just because of way he fixed the issue.

Issue: The night shift staff was very disorganized and is not equipped to handle busy rushes. We went through drive-thru at 8pm and sat for over 20 minutes after paying. Nobody acknowledged us about the order status, and after honking to get the attention they looked and ignored us. I couldn't wait any longer and we left. Lost out on $17.93 and am trying to get ahold of someone there for a refund. Which is another issue. They just keep ringing. This is what happens when training is subpar and the proper people aren't in place. The guy who took our payment looked like he was going into battle. I was so excited when this location opened up, but I'm going to Sheffield from now on. They've proven reliable for me in the past.

Went through automated drive through. When I pulled around there was no one at the window. I waited for several minutes, one person walked by but didn't acknowledge me. I went in. The coffee was watery and there was no half and half in the little creamer well. Woman behind the counter was giving me the hairy eyeball (I assume she was supposed to be at the window) so I self checked out.
