Walk In Urgent Care

Stopped in early to get my baby girl checked out. Jessica Niese saw us and was the sweetest and kindest medical person I have dealt with! Got us in and out quickly and made my girl smile the whole time. I would highly recommend Jessica for anything needing checked out quickly! She truly has a passion to help as she saw my girl several years ago and was just as attentive to our needs. I will recommend her to everyone!

This is a great urgent care, I needed a strep test and it was closing time and they were so nice and accommodating for me. I felt bad walking in so late but I came from work and they were so kind and compassionate! I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The girls that took care of me were Jess and Kylie. This is the 3rd or 4th time over the years I have been to this location and I would definitely recommend it. They even called my prescription into a pharmacy that was open a little later since my main one was closing, they are great at their jobs and were meant to be in the medical field.

While I agree the virtual receptionist is indifferent, this doesn't in any way impact the top notch care of this staff. The NPs are skilled, friendly, and show great care in their treatment. They're quick to attend to the needs of patients, and I, for one, will be happy to return should I need their services again.

We were in and out very quickly. Friendly staff. The doctor was very nice.

I came in today with my son. He has strep. He's feeling so bad. Upon entering Kylie the secretary was so sweet, helpful and kind. Molly was our medical assistant, She made my son feel comfortable and has a awesome sense of humor, Which is great if you're not feeling good. The nurse practitioner Angela was so professional and probably one of the most helpful doctors I've ever seen!!!

The comments I'm reading... What a shame for people to be upset because they can't help with life threatening illness and severe illness.... That's what a hospital is for!!! I had no issues at all but it's just strep , You guys are coming here for probably pain pills to get a fix then get mad that they don't do that for you! I actually find this place very convenient and extremely clean I disagree......
The doctor medical assistant and secretary were all using purple wipes and spraying Lysol right in front of me... It was very clean and efficient and professional like I said one of the best walk-in clinics I've ever been too!!!!

I went to this Urgent Care and I was very happy with the all around care. The front lobby was very clean. The front desk receptionist was very kind. The Doctor was the best! Dr.Ashley Shay was the best she explained everything, made sure I had a understanding of what she prescribed. I would highly recommend them for your Urgent care needs.

I’ve been here several times I live by the urgent care and I greatly appreciate this staff actually considered bringing them bagels or donuts or a gift card. Me and my husband have went here over the years and the staff is wonderful always helpful. And honestly I know this is an express care but if I could establish care here I would. I absolutely love the care we receive here. And the provider Jessica Niese NP-C was outstanding and always has been! And I hope the provider and staff get to read this review and I hope it makes their day a little bit better because I see how hard they work and they deserve the world for the way they genuinely care and try to help patients. Also I read the other reviews on here mentioning lunches and other things, I’d like to stand up for the staff and say me and my family have been to this location so many times and I’ve always felt they handled everything with professionalism as to lunches and I’ve never really had to deal with any discrepancies so it sounds like some people in the world should be considerate and grateful to a medical staff that cares and understand that people deserve a lunch. - Angel Phares and Jeremiah Rock

Been here several times over the years. Angela - CNP & Carol were great to deal with. The wait was acceptable and they made sure to answer any questions I had. Made me feel like they care.

Angela, Molly, Kathy were all great to work with! Angela was very nice and efficient at what she does ! She made sure I felt comfortable with my results and gave me everything to do to make myself 100% again ! Thank you

Kylie - ma was very helpful and letting me know how long my weight was which wasn't long. Angela -cnp very helpful and to let me know I had a double ear infection and I had wheezing she prescribed me what I needed. Both ladies were very professional their job and I appreciate what they helped me through thank you

I took my son to the Urgent Care Center because he had been sick for several days and it was difficult for me to take him to his regular doctor due to my work schedule. It was conveniently located, clean and efficient. The staff were friendly and we were in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Jody was extremely polite and friendly. She got in me, Covid tested, and out quickly. My results were uploaded to my app by the time that I got home. She then called two hours later to make sure I had seen my results. I highly recommend this business in Elyria over the Lorain location due to their friendliness, accuracy, and the time they take to make you feel like your health is important to them.

I was in so much pain and my doctor was working half day today and couldn't take me in. I had no choice but to go to an urgent care near me. When I got there, they were so friendly and patient (because I was rambling too much, tmi actually) but they did not cut me off and just intently listened. My NPs name is Trisha. I wished I asked all their names because they were all very friendly. I know we all have different experiences but today was a great day for me. ☺

This place is amazing!!! I don’t know why I haven’t came here before. I made an initial phone call to check and see if they accepted our insurance and ended up speaking to Renee. She made sure even though I didn’t have my card that we were still able to be seen promptly. Once we got there Heather gave us the warmest welcome and listened to everything that was going on with my son. The kids loved her even more after getting popsicles. Finally the NP Jessica, was thorough and genuine when treating him. I could of asked for a better experience!! Thank you so much Ladies ❤

I’ve been going here for myself and my kids since they’ve been open. The staff is extremely friendly and has been every time I’ve gone in there that never waivers. I started coming for the convenience factor when my doctors office couldn’t get me in or I did not like their appointment times this was a more convenient way to get seen, they are accurate, you spend a typical amount of time in there just the same as you would in a doctors office much faster than the ER, and with being treated so kindly from the doctor and staff it is a no-brainer for me. I have pretty much stopped using my regular doctor and come here when I need to be seen. I appreciate the fact that I don’t usually have to take time off of work that is a nice bonus.

Had to give a review after having such a good experience here even with a sick kid.. we had to go in twice recently. Not sure how many doctors practice here, but we got the nicest man each time. You can tell he is passionate about his job and really tried to make my daughter smile throughout the process. Everyone else was very friendly as well, and it is nice and clean.

I have visited this location twice . Each time everyone I spoke with and cared for me were very helpful and caring. Heather helped to take care of me both times and did an awesome job. I felt miserable the last visit and she made me feel very comfortable. She was both pleasant and efficient. Renee took my xrays and was also wonderful. You have a great team there!

My husband and I loved our visit at the Walk In Urgent clinic!! The girls at the front were thorough and polite. When Melissa MA took us back, she was efficient and professional. My husband was seen by the CNP Jessica and we loved her knowledge and drive to help. Thank you all so much for getting us in and out. Most importantly for helping my husband feel better!!

Went on a Saturday afternoon. Quick, friendly greeting by Kylie, and seen by N.P Angela in less than 10 minutes. Very impressed on our first visit ! 🤗🤗 👍👍

Kyli at the front desk was very polite and professional even being short staffed. something you do not see these days. Nick was a wealth of knowlege, he prescribed over the counter meds instead of antibiotics while informing me of the dangers of thier over use. i told him a story about my older brother who took antibiotics for everything when he had a leaking heart valve that was infected and the doctors could not stop it causing his death. great people, great care. thank you both, steve k
