Went Christmas shopping and Hannah, at the register was truly amazing. Made me feel welcomed and helped me save! ❤ wonderful experience. Someone needs to give Hannah a raise!!!

Massimo at the Southlake store is SUPER friendly and helpful. When we couldn’t find a pair of jeans in my size/style, he suggested another store that would carry something I was looking for. For that reason, I’ll keep coming back to BR!

Always a fan of BR clothing but more of the service and advice they provide. This location in. southlake is a hidden gem. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable; the store is a very comfortable and relax to shop and try with good stock and selection. They helped me a great deal to update my look and be in great style for a recent trip I made to Europe. I highly recommend this store.

Great location and staff, but latest collections don't arrive as promptly as the BR at the Galleria of Dallas, or the North park mall. Otherwise, great experience overall. Erica is amazing. She's the true definition of what customer service should be like.

I am a regular BR shopper. The folks at this location went out of their way to be courteous and even look for and hunt down sizes I needed a few days before Christmas. The store was neat and clean and in complete order. Traffic is a bit heavy in this area during the holidays so it was great to be treated so awesome once in the store. 👍🏻

The staff was very helpful and courteous during my visit today. They greeted us, asked if we needed any assistance, and made recommendations. The clearance section had some great finds!

The staff are always every helpful and friendly. Clothes are good quality and they typically have decent sales going in stores. Also, I bought the cutest sandles today!
