The Container Store

Excellent service and very friendly and helpful employees.
After explaining what I was looking for I was taken to a work station I watched as the gentleman helping me generated a 3D moveable diagram. He asked me several questions and adjusted the rendering accordingly. When I left the store I knew everything about the product I was inquiring about. All the employees I encountered were extremely gracious. They thanked for my business and surprisingly thanked for my time. Great store, selections and service!

Brought my husband in because he’s the organized person in our family. His lean six self enjoyed every minute of our visit and he’s planning to go back again soon! The employees were so nice and helpful.

Brandon was a huge help when I was trying to decide on which kitchen pull out drawers to get. The store had several kind helpers though out the store. Great service great helpers even helped with the loading into car.

I have never shopped in the container store before but had heard a lot about it. Today I stopped in and two hours later I realized why people talk it up so much. Clean and organized perfectly. The stock is wonderful and some items are even a little goofy. Overall I cannot wait to come again!

Found what I was looking for. So glad a store was nearby. I had found something in the online store, but when I visited the store, I found a better product to purchase. There was lots of inventory to choose from.

Quality products for home, office, car, travel for organizing with style. A bit pricy but definitely worth it. Also unique finds for gifts for all ages, especially stuffers.

Great for shopping for anything storage and organization. The service was friendly. Shopping floor and bathrooms were clean too.

We've been shopping at this Container Store for many years now, and the service and selection is always great.
While you can probably beat their prices on some of the plastic containers and small items by shopping at Walmart or Amazon, I'd recommend the Container Store for shelving and closet organizer build projects, as they have trained staff with design software and the expertise to help you buy the right pieces the first time.

What more can you say, if you need a container for home or most business uses, you'll probably find it here.....

This was only my 2nd time in here. I could spend a lot of money and time in here. This store is huge in Southlake.

They have everything you need and things you didn't know you needed. Check pricing against Amazon. The associate walking to the store offering assistance and the checkout associate were very helpful and friendly. Parking was busy but the store was not.

I honestly couldn’t begin to express how thankful I am for Tiffany!! She sat there and helped me so much trying to figure my purchase out. Went above and beyond to help me out and get everything figured out. Great customer service at the store!! I never review places on google- but she definitely deserved the shout out!

They have always been very helpful and ridiculously nice every time. Wish that level of customer service was everywhere.

My boss took me here to get office supplies. Ended up spending about 2.5 hours here, there is so much to see and so many good products! This was my first time to go to a "The Container Store" & the next time I go will be for my place. 😄

Very courteous and helpful staff. Everything you need to organize your home or office. Lots of different items to choose from. Also great for college bound students trying keep their dorm or apartment organized.
