They've stepped up thier game let's be honest. It's not so shameful to leave this place with an arm load of tools anymore. Sure the guys who owe their lives to the guys on trucks nay say, however, we know, and slowly its becoming ok! Welcome to the club super chief!

Staff always pleasant. Helpful when needed. Otherwise just let you be . Harbor freight is my first stop when shopping for most diy things

You all know about HF. Ive never had a problem with anything. The value cant be beat. I did let some of the smoke out on a toe kick saw though so im not feeling to confident about that tool. The hammer drill from chicago is a workhorse though

I called the store and spoke with Steve about a solar panel pack that I had purchased and that had since stopped working. He knew exactly what I was talking about, very knowledgeable. I had to go down to the store to replace a part and he made the processes so easy it almost felt unreal. Very nice guy, helpful and had the knowledge to back it all. Thanks Steve!

Been shopping here for many years. Great place to pick up affordable tools and recently they have stepped their game up with much higher quality merchandise.

All the employees are so helpful and attentive here. And the store is so organized and clean.

Love this place for what it is. The quality of merchandise seems to be improving. I'm there at least 3x a month. The staff are knowledgeable & know where everything is of course. I dare not get the credit card

Great staff at this Harbor Freight - they always happily help load purchases, are helpful finding things within the store, and the store is clean and well-stocked. (I bought a log-splitter this trip)

The main lady upfront Savannah she is an amazing person. She always make sure every time I leave and if she couldn't find it she found it for me at a store and it was waiting for me when I went to go pick it up thank you Savannah I appreciate it

This store has a large selection of tools. You should stop and walk the aisle. You might be surprised what you might find. I always find items that are not on my list. Sales pop up on occasion so watch for 2 price tags for the same item.

I had been given a Harbor Freight auto battery jump starter as a gift, but was slightly confused regarding charging procedures. I called the toll free number and got an easy to navigate menu and had only a very short wait. Mercedes greeted me cheerfully, and understood my question clearly the first time and within 2 minutes got a clear resolution to my problem and more. I' m 66 years old and can't remember the last time I was called "sir' with every sentence. I called back to get her name and again got a great upbeat attitude and "sir" with Rachael. Great prices, great tools, just don't expect Snap On or Mac, but for what it's worth, they will get the job done. 10+ years, and I still go back! Thank you!!!!

In and out fast and the issue I had was, the clerk asked would I like to renew my membership for the special discount off my purchase. I said yes, paid the bill and should have gotten the member price $30 dollars off the drill press member price but I didn’t notice she didn’t give me the discount until when reviewing the receipt days later. 🤨 I’m not 😠, because I should have noticed it at the time myself.

Awesome! Helpful staff. It took a minute to get my 12 ton press from the back. I had my 2 1/2 yr old son William with me. He is hard to keep entertained for waits like that, one of the nice female staff gave him a small flashlight to keep! Thank you! Problem solved! Great shopping experience for me, and my son!

Personally I have had great experiences with this store. Tools I've bought there have always been good quality, and on the rare occasion I've had to return something it has been a smooth and painless process. The return policy is easy and straight forward. There warranty had been easy and smooth as well.
I highly recommend them to people.

This is my local store, and it's a good one. Sometimes the employees seem a little less than pleased with their jobs but, c'm'on, man. This IS the Walmart of tool stores. Regardless, I always get treated fairly, and I've never had a bad experience. And, recently, one of their employees, Mike, just handed me a part I needed and didn't charge me a dime. SHOP HERE! It's MUCH better'n the other Spokane location
