This new store is huge and absolutely beautiful inside! We found a brand new American made sofa, big enough to fill our very large living room, and it was delivered the next day! My family could not be happier with it. The store manager, Shane, was very knowledgeable and friendly and made my furniture buying experience super easy. I will definitely shop here again!

Shane and Mitch were both very helpful. They had great suggestions and thoughtful recommendations to help guide me to finding the perfect piece for my space. They smoothly coordinated everything without me having to do a thing, ultimately hooking me up with my dream couch in just a few days. What a relief and pleasant surprise! They definitely give you the royal treatment here.

Brandon and Will did a perfect delivery and set up. They made sure it was where and how I wanted it, always consulting with me. They were quick and conscientious, and helpful in educating me how to assemble/disassemble and use my furniture.
I've been to a few other furniture stores and have waited 5 months with disappointment after disappointment in service and follow through.

Great experience shopping with a knowledgeable salesman who wasn't pushy! Any questions we had were met with the answer or an immediate, "Let me go look that up!" He was super patient as we came three times over a 2-week period and tried out every dining set. The delivery was super fast - I think they were only in the house about 30 minutes, but Mickey and Kody showed me how everything worked, made sure it was all level, and they were very polite. We will purchase from them again!

I had the pleasure of having Cody and Ryan today to deliver my replacement chase on my sectional. They were very polite and fast. Still love 16 cents and would recommend everyone to go here.

Went to the valley store a couple weeks ago and Tim was amazing. I told him what I liked and that I did not want to spend a lot of money. He was amazing and listened to what I liked. I definitely will go back. I had my items delivered and Tennessee( sorry if this is not how your name is spelled) was amazing as well.

Mitch was AMAZING!!! He explained all the financing so it was understandable, and his no-pressure, attentive customer service was top notch!
