Ruggiero's Ace Hardware - Spokane Valley

I go out of my way to come here when I need hardware or odds and ends. I won't try to hide, its because of Luna. I love it when shops have animals and Luna is no exception! I look forward to the next time I come here!

Freindly staff, extremely knowledgeable and streamlined every process for a quick and easy experience. Amy was phenomenal and will definitely return for all my fishing and hardware needs.

I prefer shopping at Ace, True Value and smaller hardware stores over the too big Home Depot or Lowe's. I got some beautiful plants, very well priced. I hear the Argonne Ace location has a larger indoor plant area.

Love this place. Always helpful, friendly, helps community by letting scouts sell there and a pet cat inside the store. It's a unique gem of a place

This Ace has a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Their Stihl products are well stocked, and the service department is usually quick with the turnaround.

These guys helped me out with my tabled 3 screws 1 was stripped an needed a screw the other 2 the top part was stripped out but I have had my table for 18 years so I'm not getting rid of it lol plus they have beautiful house plants

Everyone is friendly and it's hard to go wrong with a store that has a shop cat. Because of Luna and the food prices (but mostly Luna) I'll most likely only shop for my hardware needs at this location.

Really nice store with really friendly employees. Great selection, and the only place to have what my uncle was looking for. I would highly recommend checking it out, I know I'll be back.

I have been shopping for a suitable wheel barrow and this store had one in my price range and light enough for my needs. Greeted and treated well as per the knowledgeable staff.

Miss Faith was super helpful when I brought a gallon of paint in for a color correction. She was beyond patient as we went thru 4 colors until we got to the one I liked. I also watched her interact with other customers while I was there...she was very kind and helpful to all. Thank you Faith- Ace you've got a good one...give her a raise!! :)

I love coming to this Ace. Floor employees are very welcoming and always willing to help. Thank y'all for being such an amazing store.

I walked into the store and was greeted by a very courteous young man who pulled from his memory where the tool was that I was looking for and what isle. I could not find the tool. Another person assisted me and said that it wasn’t in stock. I revisited the wise young man who could swear he had seen it. He began to scour baskets of tools at the front desk. By God’s grace he found it. Then that same tool helped save a car I was working on. This amazing young man is Mickey. I will be returning to this store just to see Mickey. He’s an amazing person and I would ask you give him a raise or bonus. I need to return to give him a reward.

Ace Hardware has the best customer service with knowledgable employees and friendly disposition. Today Linda aka chatty cathy went over and beyond to assist me today and look forward to shopping again in your store. Keep up the great job all you employees at Spokane Valley location. This was a big store I went inside but I had to go back out to the car to sit with the dog anyway clean tidy Store Friendly people like always at Ace pretty knowledgeable with what they sell and where it is and exactly where to find it I recommend the bigger store if you're looking for something that is hard to find in some of the smaller stores because they'll have it my friend found exactly what she needed and then some so I recommend the store to anybody who needs a complete hardware store.

So handy to have an Ace Hardware in Spokane Valley. This is my favorite brand of hardware store. The employees are always helpful, and know where the item(s) I am searching for are located. The prices are fair and usually better than I find at other hardware stores or stores that care hardware. I have never had to return an item because of quality.

I just want to say that I would be lost without this store. Everything from the flowers in the spring, the pellets for our BBQ, electrical projects, plumbing parts, sprinkler parts, and starter plants. They have it all! And THE STAFF…….LOVE them!! You can tell they enjoy their jobs. THANK YOU for all you do. ❤

This store is way out of our way, but we use it from time to time because they seem to stock items that other Ace Hardware stores do not. Went here to pick up an online order. Also needed some Hardware so I picked that up as well. The items rang up at a price that was different from what I thought I had seen on the peg. I mentioned that to the clerk and he revised it on the spot to the price that I thought that I had seen. Whether I was right or wrong about the price, it left me feeling that they had gone above and beyond to keep a customer happy. And hoping that I hadn't inadvertently screwed them out of a few bucks.

I came in on a whim and was not dissatisfied. The moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. Than the next employee I saw stopped me as well and helped me get everything I needed to repair the drill press I was fixing. I believe he went above and beyond the usual level of customer service. Very pleased.

This place remains great through the years, only go here if you want to be treated like a person.
