Big Dan's Nutrition Spokane Valley

I recently had a quality issue with a product I purchased at Big Dan's. When I discussed this with them they promptly replaced the product without hesitation. I have been shopping with them for 5 years and will continue doing so. I Definitely recommend this company. Thanks Guys.

Had some problems at 1st with reachability but Dan got a hold of me and told me to go visit the Valley store and deal with David Kilgore his number one employee there. Dan was right David was awesome and very knowledgeable!! Thank you for taking care of me.

Updated review 12/5/20: After my initial review we were able to get in touch with the owner of Dan’s Nutrition and took the steps necessary to make things right immediately. I am very impressed with how quickly we received a response from Dan’s Nutrition and how the owner took the time to listen and help rectify the problem. The owners response alone takes their business to 5 stars in my opinion! My son came away with more information on supplements and WAY better experience.

I’m reviewing this business based on my son's experience. The first visit into Big Dan’s was on a Sunday a month ago and it was good. The person who helped him was able to help my son find the best product to fit his needs. He recommended Purge PV2. The salesman was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable about Purge PV2 and he also reassured my son that if for any reason the product didn’t work for him he could bring it back for an exchange. Fast forward to this past Monday when my son ran out of the Purge and went back to Big Dan’s because his initial experience was a good one. My son encountered a man who had to be woken up by a young child because he didn’t even notice my son walk into the store, which is kind of unprofessional. Next my son couldn’t find the Purge PV2 and the man said that it was “out of stock” and he didn’t know when it would be re-stocked, so naturally my son asked if the store had anything almost exactly similar or comparable to the Purge. The salesman showed my son Bezrk and said that it was “exactly like Purge with just a little bit more of everything”, so taking him on his word my son purchased it. What’s not cool is how he kept trying to push my son into purchasing things he didn’t need nor did he ask for, like fat burner pills.My son repeatedly declined, even still this man kept being so pushy about it. My son purchased the the Bezrk and took it for 3 days straight and noticed no energy boost, “pump”, no stamina, or benefits. He also had adverse effects from taking Bezerk. It made him feel “off”, his head felt “foggy” and it made his body feel weird, he lost his appetite, he didn’t feel any drive or motivation to do anything at all; he couldn’t focus on his college courses or workout. My guess is that some supplements affect others differently and maybe the Bezrk which was recommended to my son just didn’t work for him. I told my son to stop taking it immediately and to take it back to the store for a refund/exchange for the product that worked for him, or in store credit if what he wanted wasn’t available. My son went back to the store on Saturday and the same guy that sold him the Bezrk was also working so he explained the adverse reactions he had and how it didn’t work for him but the salesman acted as if he didn’t sell him the product! This man then proceeded to tell my son that “due to COVID-19 we don’t do refunds or exchanges and just take two extra scoops instead”. Why the heck would you tell someone to take MORE of something that effected their body negatively?? I also found the change in store refund/exchange policy to be bizarre since the guy who initially sold him the Purge PV2 a month ago specifically said “if it doesn’t work for you just bring it back and we will make it right”. Now unfortunately my son has a big tub of useless product that he can’t use.

I've been here a couple of times. Both good experiences. Alex helped me on my most recent trip. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

They got everything you'll need, GNC is overpriced and prey on the uneducated, Dan will treat you like a friend and is only looking out for your fitness goals. If you want supps fast at reasonable prices, come here!
