Kroger

Thomas who works in the grocery pick up section, is always so kind and takes pride in his work. He’s quick and loading the groceries into my car and always has a great attitude. I’ve always had a great experience doing grocery pick up when he is there.

Kroger is usually a fairly decent shopping experience. My only complaint would be the way that apparently Croats has decided to make the shelves extremely high and the aisles are extremely narrow.
Also they have s very bad habit of advertising a sale but you have to look closely because they will also include items which are not on sale with items that are. It's the old bait and switch truck and all kroger stores do it to deceive the shoppers because they know that showers normally don't watch prices at point of sale.
Very deceptive!

This Kroger is always at it’s absolute best, no matter the time or day. Great location, friendly atmosphere, and amazing staff who’s always working to make sure the shelves are stocked and the customers find what they need. Especially “Lexi”… No matter what department she’s working in she smiles, and greet everyone with such kindness. Her attentiveness and willingness is outstanding!!! Thanks Lexi for being a beacon in our community and for exemplifying extraordinary customer service!!!

Love krogers and there produce but I have noticed there prices are going up

People often give reviews when they have had a bad experience and not so much when some one has been helpful: I try to do both: On Sunday July 25th at 730 am ish I visited this Kroger and is also my most often Kroger I shop at: This particular morning I was greeted and assisted by the associate that was working at the self check out at the right of the store when check out: I asked her what her name was and for the life of me I can't remember ! Well she was so very pleasant and helpfull in my needs and purchases:
I just want to thank her again and if you would be so kind in reminding me and local shoppers of her name I would be much appreciated!

I really like this location- I’d venture to say its the best on this side of town as far as size, selection and presentation go. The best parking too, though it still does fill up from time to time. Good ready-to-eat food in the deli area, and I like a store that has a generous clearance area.

I find Kroger to be a great blend between great prices and functionality.

It's is a very nice experience without making you feel like you are paying for over the top decor.

I enjoy the convenience of having my bank right there in-store and the loyalty program gives great instant benefit on price and at the pump.

Brian at self checkout is the best. He was on point wiping everything down(which i had never seen here before.) That brought an extra layer of comfort to shopping here. Then we forgot a bag when we walked out and he ran it out the parking lot for us! Brian deserves a raise for being top of his game.

This Kroger is 24/7. I've always found everything I need, either on shelve or an associate has gracefully helped me getting it from their warehouse in the back. One thing I love about these Kroger's is that they have really good deli, close to organic and healthy foods. Funny eh? Haha, it's great for me as I've changed my diet and I can get all veggies and healthy stuff, and still get a quick weekend cheat snack to keep it fun.

I like this Kroger. It's nice, clean and they have a wide selection of pretty much everything. It can be pretty busy but management is good about opening registers and moving the line. I will say to watch the register because pricing can be wrong. I've caught a few things during self checkout.

Usually shop Belle Meade Kroger. Came up to this as I sometimes do. I like it a lot. Clean and orderly. Had exactly what was on list which is nice.Love the management staff, especially Mr. Cook and Ms.Faye. Customer service at check out through Greg Sparks is always a blast, along with Ms. Beverly. Fun store. Will always shop when in the area.

I love Kroger. Every visit reminisces about my childhood and their employees have played a huge part in doing so. It also boasts quite a diverse staff, as I was assisted my a muslim employee, Mohammed. I dropped my wallet as I was leaving the store and he asked me 'Is this yours.' He is one of many employees that made shopping with my child so smooth and easy.

I really like the selectin of fresh "ready made/ready to eat" items in the deli, bakery, etc.
The arrangement of the rest of the store can sometimes be confusing. When did the sandwich bread start being located by the wines?

Best Kroger in Nashville. Used to be another chain, but its now Kroger and just as delicious. The hot food bar is worthy of a meal rather than the unhealthy chains nearby. This store has bulk stuff and you can make your own peanut and almond butter. Did a fine job on remodelling.

This trip was to pick up a ClickList order we had made a few nights previously. I was supposed to have it the night before, but they were way behind and called me to say it didn't be ready until the next morning. I arrived at 8:15am, and they were not sure if it was done still, as they had run into even more issues that morning. It took approximately half an hour from that point to get my order.

So after 1 day and then another 30 minutes in delays is it 5 star? Because throughout the process everyone I spoke to was apologetic and forthcoming. Never excuses, just people trying to make it right. Ultimately the normal fee was waived, an additional rebate was given and several items were upgraded to a larger size for no additional cost as well.

Just moved back to the area after being gone for 17+ years, this is the closest krogers to our new house. My husband and I stopped in to pick up a few items the other evening. We were very impressed by the nice fruit and vegetable selection, bakery, deli, and meat counter. The store has been just remodeled and we are both pleased with it. I will be very happy as long as I can get them to carry diet Vernors soda. I didn't see it when we were there the other day. I'm hoping to speak with the grocery manager tomorrow about this. Our store back in Vegas, Smiths, which is an affiliate of krogers carried it, so I'm hoping they can get it!! I can't live without it, lol.. The one thing I was sad to see gone from the store was the salad bar. I don't know how long it's been gone, but I sure did enjoy it. We will be making this nice Krogers our new grocery store. Thx for the improvements....

I love this particular Kroger! The employees are always friendly and helpful. They have such a wide variety of goods, more so than most Krogers in and around the Nashville area. Check them out!

I went to the pharmacy on this trip. They were kind and courteous and quick.....under 30 minutes. I had just left the CVS in Brentwood, and they were rude and said it would be a 2 hour wait.

The recently remodeled Kroger is larger and carries a wide variety of health foods. Not to mention a new deli section. This is my go-to Kroger in Nashville on the west side.

This is my favorite grocery store ever. They have every kind of option. The quality is good and the selection is very high end. They also are open 24 hours which is a bonus for me.
