The staff here put a smile on my face EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm there. Everyone is always pleasant, courteous and helpful. Even with dealing with all the idiots on the road and rush hour to work every morning, they never seem to fail at making my morning a little more cheerful. Thank you guys and just know that it doesn't go unnoticed and is very much appreciated!

i don’t know who keeps making the subs in the morning but i get a whole sub and it has barely any of the meat listed on it.. $13 isn’t cheap and i’m getting robbed. it’s getting annoying..

The morning crew at 2am are nice! But the pm crew are okay, mainly the one who sits all day on her phone and gives attitude when she haves to get up to grab an item. Can y'all fire her already!

I come into this store multiple times per day because I landscape and it's the nearest store. The gm of this store is the laziest person I've ever seen. There is ALWAYS a line with 6-10 people waiting. One open register. The gm will watch everyone standing in line while he's on his phone or simply looking out the window. Been in here hundreds of times. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE GM DOING ANYTHING! I will go somewhere else from now on.

The manager sucks! The pump was messed up and wouldn’t let me pump my gas and they wouldn’t refund my money or switch it to another pump.

The customer service was the worst I have ever seen. The tall Caucasian male perhaps a new hire or transfer was incredibly rude as was the African American woman at the counter. They were so disrespectful to everyone in the store and thought it was funny. I wish I had their names, but no name tags, no masks, and no Covid protocols. I will never return to this store again and will social media my opinion and let everyone know how rude
you employees are. When I said I would leave a review, they just laughed and said “go ahead” we don’t care! It won’t matter! So, if Corporate receives this, I recommend termination and start over. To many good people need jobs right now.
Until changes are made, stay away from this location. And this is coming from a property manager.

I am so fed up with the lady that sits in the chair all day. She is rude and lazy. She huffs and puffs and catches attitude when you ask for anything that requires her to get out of her little chair. I come here everyday but coincidentally the EBT is only down when she is the only one here and it's really not down she is just too lazy to get up. Then I understand there are large people that Ginuwinely have disabilities and can't help it but she sits in a chair all day with dunkin donuts cups and snacks so she is clearly obese by choice and does absolutely nothing to fix it but instead expects people to cater to her. I bought a few items and a gallon of milk and she really expected ke to just carry it all out by hand so I asked for a bag and she just handed me the bag to bag it myself. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received and sadly I have to stop here daily and I already reached out to corporate email about this. This lady does not belong in customer service or atleast a place that requires her to get up off her rear to help people. They need to do something about this I've seen so many people have issues with her right in front of me and it seems lie nobody cares that she expects customers to bag their own stuff or gets an attitude if they ask for something behind the counter and she has to get up and lies about EBT being down just so she dont have to get up. It's disgusting and terrible service and hate that this is the closest place to my home and I have to deal with this just to get simple daily essentials

Cashier was on the phone and ignoring tge customers. When interrupted she is annoyed that we needed to pay for our items. I would be happy to give the employee name to the supervisor.
