Came in to this location because I was having major issues with my new phone. Talked to Trey M and he was able to explain what was going on and fix the issues. I feel much better now and left very happy. Thank you.

My husband and I went to Verizon in Bellevue and a wonderful young man named Mitch helped us! Our iPhone and Apple Watches were not working together as before and he corrected the problem!! The employees at that store are awesome!!

I have been with Verizon for years. My experience today with Joe was wonderful and hassle free. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He, to me, would be considered as an excellent employee. So dedicated to what he does.

The sales Rep Connor last week was super helpful and great !
I had a SIM card issue with my old iPhone 8 Plus in decent condition and Connor was great and helping explaining my options , fixing the problem and helped reduce my stress a lot .

Him and his staff are very kind and professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone (tech savvy or not ).

Please give Connor a raise ASAP, he did great !:)

Andy Martin, he was very helpful with transferring over all of my photos, helping me upgrade, and to offer his time to help me. As soon as I walked through the door he came right up to greet me and asked what he could do to assist me. He had a lot of patience with the questions I asked and showed he was engaged and focused on helping me. He gave me examples to help me optimize my protection plan for all my devices, and went out of his way to go all the way. Thank you so much. Can't wait to use my brand new phone!!!

Andy Martin did a good job explaining all of the information to me regarding my new phone. I have had the same cell phone for a few years, so it was great to explore all of the other potential new purchases that I was going to receive. Andy was patient and diligent with me when it came to expounding on the telephone accessories that I was going to receive during my visit. He also made sure to note that my photographs and videos were highly important to me, making sure that he retrieved everything that I needed despite the damages I had on my old phone. Andy Martin was quick to assist me and my wife today when we came in looking to upgrade our phones. He was extremely patient with our 16 month old twins and made us feel comfortable to be in the store. Andy Martin was really helpful and knowledgeable about services, upgrades, etc. He greeted us promptly and with a great customer service skills. Be sure to work with him if you have any questions. The whole experience was easy and smooth sailing thanks to him.

Andy Martin was very helpful in assisting with what we thought was a minor issue. He was efficient in getting things figured out and getting us in and out quickly. He also made us aware of an offer we had not been made aware of before. We chose not to take up the offer at this time but it was nice that he brought it to our attention.
