AT&T Store

SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE at this AT&T store yesterday!!! Went in desperately needing a new phone and Jeremy walked me through every step of the process. From choosing the right iPhone for me, to getting it set up and everything transferred over before leaving the store. (Note: I did do my hw and backup my phone before walking in. This point is essential & I know not everyone does it.) Other person I interacted with who worked there was very kind as well. Thank you AT&T for a really great experience!! Definitely 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Iyonna is the best!!! 5 stars is not enough to rate her service. 10 stars! I've never met anyone more helpful and personable. She went above and beyond for my husband and I and stayed after work hours to help everyone in the store with their concerns She deserves a raise 👏🏻 🙌

Iyohnna made our experience very easy, she made sure we got any and all deals and was incredibly patient and kind! Without her there I would have left and figured out another option. However she made the process very simple and fun. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!!!!!!!

Patrick helped me with a complicted request to cancel my service after moving from Missouri. It took more than one call and several conversations between Patrick and the AT&T help line to get my service cut off. I appreciate his patience and knowledge of how to locate my service online and communicate with the loyalty assistants to complete my cancellation.

Patrick was amazing. My old phone was no longer functioning and he helped me pick out a new one and set it up quickly. He brought a very stressful situation to a quick resolution and I'm grateful to have had such a friendly and efficient rep to help me out.

This 5 star review goes directly to the incredible service and experience I had working with Iyohnna G at the highway 70 location. After days of getting nowhere with my issue on phone calls and chats with ATT I came into the store. Within a few moments Iyohnna figured out the problem and was quick to begin the process of helping me fix it. After awhile, the issue had to be escalated and she handled that conversation for me with the ATT higher ups and got my service resumed shortly after. Iyohnna I want to thank you again for caring enough to help me through my reconnection with such poise and professionalism! Highly recommend this store to those in the Bellevue area looking for a great customer service experience.

I want to say that Patrick is the top employee I have ever met and had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I have had att for more than 15 years and I can say I was planning to change my provider and he is the reason I am staying. I give him 10 stars and think he should be over the entire store. Thank you Patrick!!!!!

Really appreciated my experience here - stopped on a whim and was so glad I did. Tyrus was the person who assisted us and he was friendly, personable, and sooooooo knowledgeable. He made upgrading my phone a seamless process and even helped me lower my phone bill and take advantage of the perks of being a healthcare provider with AT&T when he overheard me saying what I do for a living. You rock!

Tyrus is amazing. Resolved my issue quickly, I was in and out of the store in about 10 mins with a new Nashville telephone number. New to the area from Washington DC. Jeremy was also helpful and helped with the dual sim set-up. Thank you to you both.

It’s about time that this store FINALLY got a General Manager that cares about its customers. I haven’t been to store in months but I heard from one of my coworkers that it was under new management so I decided I give them another try after having so many bad experiences here in the past. Im happy to say that the employees went above and beyond taking care of me and I left their store very satisfied with my visit. New management is EXACTLY what this store needed! Keep up the great work guys! :)

I had the best experience here! They helped me lower my bill all while getting me a new phone! They were all so nice and really seemed knowledgeable! One of the best stores I’ve been too!

I was having trouble with a watch purchase, so I went to the store in Bellevue. Lindsay was fantastic!! She is the new store manager, and she figured out my problem immediately and got everything resolved while I was there. Store was very clean and tidy as well. I will definitely be using this store as my primary store!

Tyrus helped me and was so great. I was transferring an account over to my account and he made it so easy. It took only 10 minutes!

I called ahead ahead to make an appointment and was able to come straight in the store. The team was amazing and helped with everything I needed. They are kind, patient and funny! I highly recommend! I went to get one phone, but got two and a new IPad for a awesome deal! Can’t wait to surprise my daughter!

Dave is very intuitive! Gave me all my info about the bill and started a new account! Informed me of all the needs, and was not a disappointment to start up with att. After all I’ve always had better service from them.

Alex & Stetson are fabulous! They made my day so much better. My IPHONE got wet and wouldn’t come back on. They checked to see if I had insurance, which I did and processed the claim for me. Great people to do business with.

I went in today to look at the free Samsung upgrade and was treated very well by David. He was very thorough in his explanations and provided me with outstanding service. I left with a new phone and am very satisfied!

My daughter and I were treated very well. The manager and a new employee worked with us. They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help us with all our needs and make suggestions. I need to go back with my son today so I am hoping for similar service.

I visited AT& T today because I was frustrated with my hotspot…. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jeremy and he helped me tremendously. He got my bill down and he explained everything to me in detail and answered every question that I had …. If you’re in the area and need help with your phone please ask for Jeremy he will help you out a lot !

On Nov. 29th, we visited this store with the idea of purchasing a new phone. As a person technically challenged, I brought my son to hep guide me. We were greeted by David D. and worked with him to find the right phone for me. He was very knowledgeable and went beyond to help us transfer all my info and to clear up some issues with iCloud account. I was very happy with the way he talked with me, spent time making sure I understood and appreciated his customer service. Thank you David!!
