This location not only has a great selection of books, but always has a great amount of merchandise for some of my favorite pop culture brands. This is my go to when I need a book that I can’t find at Mckays and I also always shop here for some fun gifts for friends.

There is nothing more nostalgic than walking into a book store. The smell alone takes me back to be a kid again with my mom hunting for the newest book. Books A Million has definitely come a long way from what it was. They now have not only a selection of mainstream books, but they now have tons and tons of the non traditional books there. Like manga!!! They also have lots and sets there too. So if you are looking for a series of books, they actually have them as prepackaged as a set for you to buy. This makes finding a series of books extremely easy.

Go read a book!!! You can't ever go wrong with your own imagination!

Found what I was looking for, the employee that helped me with my purchase was friendly and very social.

I've never been to a BAM before. It was pleasant. I love books but usually shop at B&N since it is closer to us. But they also have great selection of books here and toys/gifts. The staff are also friendly.

I have hypoglycemia so I can’t have super sweet treats at the coffee bar and I can’t have regular coffee because it messes with my heart. I don’t get upset when places can’t oblige my request, but Tina went above and beyond to make my request happen. She even made it exactly how I asked (3/4 decaf and 1/4 hot chocolate) and then left room to top it off with whatever was needed to make sure it was right. When I tasted it, it was perfect so I told her to put a lid on it and call it a day. Excellence in leadership and guest service Tina!! Thank you. You made my day!

Side note - this is a super small location but they do have a lot of good product packed in so it’s worth a look!

I love coming here. Every time the associates are very friendly, you can tell they love their job. The store is clean and it's easy to find your book genre. I love that they give plenty of space between the rows. You can peruse the rows of books without feeling crowded by other patrons.

They are super helpful. I found everything I needed. I had coffee with my friend after shopping for books. Which is nice if you want to sit down and enjoy a latte while looking at your books or magazines. They have a wide selection of books, magazines, kids books, the new best seller's in front, plus gifts for people. A great place to go to look for a new book or magazine to read.

I went into the store today because I was feeling pretty down and bookstores cheer me up. There was a man working there who said he wants to go be the nickname D, and D was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. We talked about books in between customers and he recommended me a book I’ve never heard of, which I decided to purchase. Keep hiring these awesome employees, Books-A-Million!

I've always liked this store, but I had a FANTASTIC experience today. My 4 year old is interested in geography, so we wanted to get him a map.

We found Matt, who is a fellow geography nerd, like my son. He went above and beyond to find not only a map, but a perfect kids map of the world!

Helped me search for a specific book and order one on line.

I love this place. Unfortunately, the website isn't great so it's hard to fully understand if a book is in stock. But this place is always clean, organized, lighting is great, and the prices are pretty fair! Staff was friendly while helping me find a book and checkout was quick. The store is also a decent size, so they have a good selection of books.

Got some book for my son's summer ready. Signed up for there membership. Deonta was very helpful and pleasant. He explained the details of the membership very well. The store was clean. I got asked if I needed help minutes after I came in the store. Everyone I encountered was pleasant ans helpful.

My wife and I enjoy walking through. You forget hope many interesting books there are when you don't make time to walk through a book store or library. We've bought several with for our children or as gifts to have available for children's birthdays.

I've been going here since I was a kid. Extremely helpful staff make finding something specific a breeze, and they have a wide selection of books, collectibles, tshirts, baubles, and trinkets to keep you intrigued. There's also a cafe to keep you alert while you bury your nose in your favorite books.

I walked the entire store looking for a book called The Midnight Library. Just as I was about to toss in the towel, I came across an employee near the magazines name Sierra. Even though she was clearly in the middle of a project, she walked with me up front to see if they had the book. There was only one copy left. When we went to check it’s “home”, it was not there. Somehow she spotted it amongst another shelf! It had been put back in the wrong place which is why I was unable to locate it myself. Very thankful for her help and so glad I didn’t have to walk out empty handed! Thanks Sierra!
