CVS

The store looks a lot better than it did some months ago. Looks like they're really cleaning up the place. Saw some people shoplifting during my visit, absolutely shameless. The pharmacy could use some work and maybe some more training.

Greetings. I want to say that this location is very short staffed at the pharmacy and the employees still working there all deserve a big raise.

I had an issue yesterday with my medication and went in to see only two people working with over 13 people lined up to get meds.

This sweetheart named Natalie was able to resolve my issue after I explained to her what’s going on.

Please give them raises. Two people working with over a dozen people lined up is not fair.

Dennis in the Pharmacy was such a huge help and helped me work through an issue I was having with my new insurance. He took so much time to help me - great service! Everyone that I've interacted with has been very friendly. Definitely the best CVS in Nashville.

I personally wanted to thank Miss Natalie for taking the time to make phone calls and personally caring for us today. We appreciate her personal customer service and time. She is above and beyond in customer service, thank you ma’am!

The pharmacist and the cashier at the pharmacy were patient, helpful and stayed late to help me out. That’s customer service!!

Looks like they do have lot of stuff! Like a mini Walmart!
Plenty of parking!

I started using CVS this year due to a job change. The store and pharmacy are not perfect however I’m sure they are over worked and short staffed like everyone else is. I do wish they had a drive through though. I would like to give special mention to one of the pharmacist “Stefanie” she has been extremely helpful with special ordering a certain medication for me. Thank you Stephanie for making the effort and time to do this for me. It was very kind and you didn’t have to do it. Also the last few cashiers that I have dealt with have been very friendly. There is usually a long line but I’m sure things will get better. Thanks all you guys for hanging in there and getting the job done.
