I wanted to share what a lovely experience I had tonight. My 20 year old washer died. Sandy B was so patient and helpful with helping me find a new washer and dryer. I really want to thank her. I went to a Lowe's closer to my home and was ignored. So, Sandy B Thanks so much for providing Excellent customer service!

Melissa in the custom cabinet department is wonderful. She was helpful and patient and after months of not knowing where to start, we left with a plan for moving forward. Can’t recommend her enough!

I had so much fun here. I dropped my kids off at a gymnastics day camp and then I was like, you know, I do need to buy some of those little hook things to hang up some backpacks in my closet. Also, I've been meaning to get a trash can for my office at home so I figured hey why not make a pit stop at Lowe's on the way home and kill all of these birds with all of these stones and so that's what I did. I went to Lowe's and fairly quickly found the hooks I was looking for. They weren't too long so they wouldn't poke through the other side of the wood, but they were just right in color and size so I decided to buy a little package of maybe about 6 or so. Then I went and finally found the trash can aisle. The selection wasn't very good and actually one of the cans with a little flippy up lid thing had like a dead tiny baby bird carcass on the inside so I opted not to buy that one. But I got the smaller one for my office and I'll have to buy another one for my gym later. So I got those things on the way out. I saw a Red Bull (the sugar-free one) so I bought that cuz I know I'll probably want some more caffeine later and then the self-checkout thing happened. That's okay. I never really liked those but this was pretty easy. After that I just went back home.

I went in looking for large picture boxes and noticed they were unreachable. I asked the lady at the front to radio someone and she was unsuccessful. We then found Olie, a true gem. He kept his witty banter and fun personality while assisting us. He is a one of a kind and put a smile on our faces tonight! Seek out Olie for anything you need!

They always have what I need. Employees always a great help!!. Plus they have them Lowe prices

Hats off management for stocking this panel. Been looking for it at all 4 of my local location's in my area. Hell they don't even carry it I think. But this is a vital piece of equipment for my business. Great job person who stocks the shelves..!!! ✌

They seem to always have their sale items in stock and the customer service is good

Found everything I needed for my garden project and at pricing which was reasonable.

They have really improved and changed some things, added security , too!! The store seems back to original service plus we love self checkouts!!!!

Evidently I spend a lot of time at Lowe's. Do you think they would give me something extra or discount because of how much I like them and how much money I spend with them. Now I would have to say that's a big LOL.

Had an issue with my appliance order at Lowe's, and I won't bore you with the details, but their management team knocked it out of the park. They handled my issue quickly and courteously, going above and beyond to make it right.

The world is an imperfect place, and I see a lot of people bash companies when things don't go exactly as planned. What's important is the response, and their team responded superbly.

An online delivery was botched by someone in the Lowe's supply chain. I went in to this location to see if I could get some help. Sharon and the rest of the people I interacted with really helped me find out what options were available to me. They were attentive and knowledgeable. I will probably never order from the corporate website again, but I will definitely consider return business to this location.

So a few days ago, my girlfriend and I made a purchase for 3 appliances to be delivered on Tues. The sales associate, unfortunately not named on the receipt, was extremely helpful and polite. We scheduled delivery for tonight, Tues, Nov 15. The delivery service, who is a 3rd party, scheduled between 4-8pm. While not convenient, it was 3 appliances being delivered and old ones taken away. We had to arrange our business schedules to make sure one of us was home between these times. Time passes, and at 7:45, my girlfriend calls to see if they are still coming. At this point, she is told that the delivery needs to be rescheduled. We were not contacted by the delivery service. Needless to say, I am beyond disappointed and angry, that the delivery service would not have the common courtesy to make that call. While I do not hold Lowes responsible for this negligence, please be aware that the 3rd party delivery service is not only aware of good customer service, but at this point, we haven't even been told when that delivery will be here.

I just want to say a huge thank you to JOSH ✨ he was incredibly helpful. I needed a lot of wood cut for a house project and he was so educational and precise. I never write reviews but I had to! This guy deserves a raise. His customer service is phenomenal! Thanks for all your help Josh!

I recently went there for a quote on a backsplash installation. Alissa helped me, even though she doesn’t work in the tile department. She went above and beyond to help us. She is amazing! Thanks

So, really nice Lowe’s. I needed some shades put up in my new apartment and Nancy was working in the area got me squared away. She’s really great.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing I like, but others may not, was that if you just ask what aisle something is on, the staff tells you what aisle, rather than walking you TO the product on the shelf. I personally prefer that.

The self checkout process is extremely fast. They had exactly the product I needed, which allowed me to be in and out in about 5 minutes.

Very helpful place! I called and asked about curbside pickup and they had my order ready and done before I got off the phone. I still had to pay online. As soon as I did I instantly got a email saying my order was ready and as soon as I parked I went to go call them. They called me! Ran it right up to my window. ...there parking lot is spacious and clean. No problems here. Very convenient when you need one thing and have a car full of kids!
