Kroger

Store is very clean. I can always find what I'm looking for. The customer service person and cashier was friendly, greeted immediately and extremely helpful with a particular special order item.

My family and I have to give the best review to the staff of Kroger. We were on vacation when my mother realized she had forgotten some medicine so we went by the nearest Kroger pharmacy where Yasmin and Roya were. They helped us with no problem and they filled it in no time. It is great to see people help others especially from out of town. Yasmin and Roya are the best pharmacist and pharmacy tech respectfully.

The store personnel at store 511 in Nashville are absolutely the best of the bunch. I have been making store deliveries to Kroger stores all over middle Tennessee, and I have found the employees to he mostly rude, lazy, uninterested or unhelpful. But not at this store. I was greeted with smiling happy faces and friendly helpful attitudes. This is most unusual for a truck driver to experience, especially on a loading dock. Thanks again my friends. You deserve a raise, and a thank you for a job well done !

The groceries workers are top notch. The pharmacy staff isn't very good at all. The customer service sucks there. The lack of communication is almost non-existent.

Michael (with the glasses) was very kind and helpful when I had some trouble with an item price. It was even 5 minutes before closing and he never made me feel rushed! Thanks Michael

The employees are nice and kind if you are kind as well. They are ordinary people trying to make a living so I will continue to shop here and support the locals.

I have been shopping here since I was 15. I am 31 now and I still choose it over other options every time. I love the employees and know them by name. Ms. Ruby, Bob, Michael, and Tim are some of my favorites!

My fiance & i moved back from new orleans & wanted a taste of home . we asked heather from deli for 6 slices of best grilled chz & buttery ham 2 pair with tomato soup. She was so funny ended up selling us 1lb & 1/2 of chz... Cajan turkey & ham & some fancy french butter... Awesome super sweet girl my husband loved her & sandwich... 😜 good job on that hire didnt really need any of that just bought it because she was so nice ✌

I shop here all the time and have been for a number of years. I'm always welcomed by the same familiar faces that I'm so used to seeing. I would strongly recommend this Kroger location to all.

Great organic selection, Good natural foods market. Nice wild caught fish, and organic meat selection too. Friendly and helpful staff in my experience.

If I can go back to Tennessee I would i use to work at Charlotte pike at Kroger s I would I loved it an love working there I would I miss Nashville Tennessee bad

At the last minute I need chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's day. That had a great deal, and I was able to solve the issues.

I love this location Tim is very nice. The lines are never long. You can always get in and out in no time.
