AT&T Store

I had an old "roll-over" account with a corporate FAN but the time had come to upgrade, combine, and port in a number & new line of service. I met with Matthew at the SHV store who wrote down my options and was eager to help. I was nervous about making multiple changes at one time but Matthew took ownership and reassured me they could do whatever it would take to accommodate me. I left the store with some homework and had the family make their choices. Matthew followed up with me a week later but I was out of town. I later returned to the SHV store to meet with Joyce & Mark who were able to bring it all together. Their teamwork and can-do attitude was only exceeded by their patience in listening and explaining the next steps. These employees raise the bar for customer service, which is not easy. It's a welcome change to see employees like these take ownership of the customers request and see it through to completion. Please buy them lunch and send me the bill. -Mike.

Christian has helped me with two different issues over the last few months, and was wonderful both times. He helped me choose a new phone, and I am very happy with the phone he recommended for me. He also helped me update my AT&T service, even saving me money! I appreciate his help and expertise.

Recently, my husband and I visited the South Hills Village store in Pittsburgh, PA in search or a new iPhone14. Our service representative was Matthew and he was an outstanding example of exemplary customer service. Matt was knowledgeable, without being pushy, patient and well as friendly. Our appointment took roughly an hour and Matt demonstrated a high level of professionalism mixed with kindness the entire time. My husband and I were overall highly satisfied with out experience at this store.

Purchased a new iPhone from Apple Store but Apple could not get the new phone to pick up service. Walked down to AT&T Store where I was waited on immediately. The guys fixed my E Simm and signed me up for a better plan. Very appreciative of the help and expertise.

An employee named Christian helped me tremendously and I came away with all my problems solved and he made every effort to get me the best deal I could get. I can't say enough about him(Christian) and Wow! What great service he gave me. 100% Satisfaction!

Fantastic staff all around. Manager Jason was exceptionally helpful. Manager Shawn had a great attitude toward all customers and made us welcome. What could have been a difficult afternoon trying to figure out new plans and data was made all the better with this great team. Highly recommended.

Cam was absolutely fabulous! He was knowledgeable, patient with our many questions, and he is also a great problem-solver! He represents AT&T extremely well. If I were an AT&T manager, I’d try hard to keep him in the AT&T family.

Brittany was amazing. Not only did she set me up with my new phone , she went the extra mile and put on my screen protector and case . She was very knowledgeable and gave tips. She also would greet incoming customers as she was working with me. She is top notch and I am so happy she was the person who helped me out.

Visited the South Hills Village Mall AT&T on Friday, October 14 and had en exceptional experience upgrading 2 cell phones! The AT&T representatives Christian and Josh were knowledgeable, polite, helpful and pleasant! They quickly guided us to the phone and package best suited to our needs on the Family Plan and got us our phones. Transferring over data was amazingly easy with the quick, efficient guidance of Matt. He switched 2 cell phones and a watch over in less than an hour!!!!

Christian shared that he is a newer employee with AT&T, however his professionalism, honestly, and customer service is unparalleled by his peers in the wireless sales industry. If I could schedule him for all future purchases, account changes, etc. I would do so in a heartbeat. What a great start to a new career, Christian. Keep up the great work!

The manager Taylor is absolutely AMAZING! We came to this store because of a terrible experience we had at one of the authorized retailers. That experience almost made me leave AT&T completely and go to a competitor. However, after explaining everything to Taylor she was able to help get things straightened out and was even able to surprise me with even more savings after finding out that I qualified for a Veterans discount on my unlimited data plan! From this point forward I will only be coming to this store for all my needs. Can be a little busy at times but definitely worth the wait!!

This was a wonderful experience at the AT&T store. Brittany was outstanding she was very professional kind and very knowledgeable of the products. She said to me greatly with the phone trade in and deleting the prior information from my old phone and gave me excellent information as to how to mail in the old phone. Excellent work and greatly appreciated

Stopped in the South Hills Village store after a disappointing visit to another area AT&T location and what a different experience! Joshua was just the guy to handle the problem that I was having with my phone. He diagnosed it and fixed it it in 10 minutes. The other AR&T store seemed uninterested in helping me and only tried to get me to upgrade. Will always return to Joshua and his store in the future.

For various reasons, I decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T. I went to a corporate store in the mall, and one employee helped me to make sure that everything went smoothly and effortlessly! There was one small problem — a phone number that was meant for a phone got switched to an Apple Watch, and vice versa, so I came in the next day, did not have to wait at all, and the problem was taken care of very quickly. Overall, I’m very satisfied!

Christian made upgrading my 95 years mother’s phone a easy task! He was do kind… got down on one knee to be at eye level and respectfully walked her through.

Shawn immediately corrected the issue which was onaccessability to an ofte used website… He was extremely tolerant and I am a senior citizen who is somewhat techy but was absolutely stuck. He very kindly helped me and all is working beautifully. He gets a 10.

When I came into the store, Joyce was so helpful. She listened to my concern and quickly gathered my options. She got everything done in a very timely matter as I was in a time crunch! She was very personable and I really enjoyed doing business with her!

Employees are very nice & very helpful. They spend as much time with you as needed to make sure you are totally taken care of.
