Been shopping this store since they opened!!! This trip was for lots of pink decorations, a Sweet 16 piñata, and lots of candles. My twins turned 16, so we turned the backyard pink and invited 50+ guests. Great place to find serving pieces and matching napkins and plates.

Amazing customer service, after balloon deliver did not properly secure ballon’s during delivery and balloons flew away before we could get them. I spoke with a manager at party city explaining what happened and they quickly redid my order and delivered before the party started. So happy they were able redo my order and deliver so quickly. The manager and sales associates were kind and very apologetic considering it wasn’t their fault. Very happy with their service will continue to order balloons from there.

If you are looking to have a party or make a decoration, and buy balloon decorations, 💯 recommended those who serve are very efficient and professional, they even help you combine the colors.

I placed a pick-up order for the Woodbridge VA location. When I went to pick up the order, there was an issue with my order not being there. After a discussion with the manager Jeannette, she promised to work on getting the costume for my son. I was happy when she called the next day to let me know she found it and would hold it until I picked it up. Jeannette turned a bad situation into a good one and I'm appreciative.

Very helpful staff the bigger balloons are still inflated the other 3 are starting to deflate. My daughter loved them

Really really great service. Ordered a curbside pickup but wasn’t quite available to get it before close and they WAITED!!!!! and let me come pick it up for a last minute party favor same night! Really really kind and didn’t need to do that, also a great price for sparklers!!! Victoria was very generous and accommodating even past closing hours- which they absolutely don’t have to do. So grateful for the kind act, really made my night.

A definite go to place for props for any event. Got some welcome home stuff and balloons for our daughters and grandkids..... priceless!

I didn’t physically go to the store but I called to check if they had a product I needed and Henry was a huge help. He checked how much of the product they had, both on the shelf and in the back, gave me the amount they had on hand, and even put it aside for me so I could pick up the next day. Excellent customer service, I’m very glad he was there to help me out.

I went about a week and a half ago to buy early decorations for a birthday and I noticed you guys didn't have an item in stock. I asked this boy (very small) and sadly you guys didn't. He said he could get another store to transfer that object by that Thursday coming. Thursday came and I got a call saying that my item was here! Great workers even the cashier, i think her name is Ivi, she was the sweetest:)

Before tonight‘s visit if anyone asked me about this location I would’ve given it a one star. However after visiting tonight, Yaneris is helping me I have to give this star five stars. This young woman was so very helpful, so kind, and even gave me more detailed explanation on the products and other services party city offers. Because of this young woman, I will always come back to this party city and I will always give it five stars. What a valuable asset to this company.

Great service. I go to this location for any occasion. Ivy who checked us out was really nice and helpful and Karla in the balloon section was really helpful in customizing the balloon order and telling me exactly where other items I needed were located. Staff is always friendly.

They have everything for a party. They also got some pretty good costumes. Customer service is pretty great they didn't get annoyed when I asked for help a billion times. I'll come back.

I was looking confetti 🎊, couldn't find, then the cashier asked what I was looking for and than helped me find them. Great customer service

I ordered my balloons online and they were ready when I got there. I recommend this because sometimes they have a line at the balloon counter and you may have to wait if you order while your there🎈

Store is stocked with lots of St. Patrick's Day and Easter items. Staff at the balloon counter were very helpful and quick.

Had great customer service at Party City this morning. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and I was able to add to my order last minute while I waited curbside.
