AT&T Store

Rob was the store rep who helped us. He helped me upgrade my phone and fixed my mom's phone. He's very knowledgeable and kind. We were there for less than half an hour. He also remembered helping my boyfriend upgrade his phone a few months ago. My boyfriend is not an easy person to deal with at times and Rob was very patient with him. I will definitely recommend anyone to go see him for their phone needs.

Amazing experience - great customer service this morning. Went in to separate my line from our family plan, and had the pleasure of working with the manager Shayne. The process was quick, easy, and most importantly transparent. Very happy with the service I received today; it reminded me why I've been with AT&T for so many years. Thank you Shayne, I would absolutely recommend your store and services to all, 5 stars isn't enough!

We went in to upgrade one of our phones, along with bringing in an elderly family member to upgrade theirs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and we were able to upgrade both phones without any issues. We will definitely go back to this location again when it's time to upgrade our other phone.

We had a terrible experience with another carrier. AT&T listened to our problem, explained everything with respect and had us in a much better plan than we ever thought!!! Thank you Johnny and Robert!!!

I went in because I was a loyal Samsung customer until my S21 ultra when black screen and died bought an S22 from AT&T and now it's having issues rob was extremely helpful and I am very grateful for the information he gave me I will never go to Best Buy again Since they didn't put insurance on the phone that went black and did identity theft toward my mother Now I know AT&T takes care of you and I also know go for iphones

Great service from great people. No was outstanding and helped me out in every step, made sure everything was clear and highly recommended this store for customers. David and Victor were also very supportive and helpful. If there was a way to give 6 stars I would!!!!

I went into the store after an online disaster. The two young people victor and chevon were awesome. They were knowledgeable about the plans and phones. Their pleasant disposition made me want to buy another phone. They were awesome!!!
