After replacing my home oil tank I needed a piped thredded. I went to all of the other competitors with no luck. between the machine not working write or that they dont know how to use the machine I had enough. Finally I took the trip to lowes. Dee and her associate John were great. He definitely saved us as we needed our hot water asap after a job like that. Not the prettiest job but it's done. Thank you lowes for all that guys do to help me complete my projects. Special thanks to John for being so thorough. Precision customer assistance. Ty

I came into the store looking to find items for a DIY project. Immediately upon my entrance to the store I was greeted by Jonah who had a welcoming smile on his face. I told Jonah what I was looking to do, and shared the items I was going to need. Not only did he help me find everything on my list, he made me more confident in trying more DIY projects because he made finding the tools I need really easy… thanks Jonah

Had a great time shopping in the garden section. Great deals on flowers. Their clearance section had great plants that just look beaten up. And there was a dog, black shepherd, that came into the store looking for his owner. That was cool!

They are usually really good about checking on you and sales of you look can be great

Ralph, an employee at this Lowe’s was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met at any location ever, he took 45+ minutes out of his day to explain to us how to install our flooring we were purchasing. Ralph is not even in the flooring department and still came 8 aisles over to help us pick the right flooring for the job. Stand up gentleman and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

Lowe's is not where I normally go for materials but it is a good place to get most home improvement materials. Pricing is comparable to home Depot for sure.

I'm editing my review I almost took away a star today from the disappointing trip there today. I tried to have a key made the guy who helped me was very friendly and was happy to help but could not get the key cutter to work after about 15 min he said sorry we dont have this in stock it's not a big deal but then I asked for something else and asked to point me in the right direction and he kind of did but not helpfully( if that makes sense?) So I struck out with this guy. before I left I asked another older guy that's been working there for a long time and he was very sort like I was bothering him by asking where should I look for something he snapped said there and kept walking. Thanks sir.. But as I was walking out a manager that also has been working there a long time was passing by and I also asked him hopeing he would be more helpful and of course he was he took the time to go with me to other areas and tried to find me something that would work so I'll refrain from taking a star back because the manager was worth it but the other 2 should get some people skills training or find different jobs

In the beginning it was hard to find someone to help me in the appliance area. Two guys were not pleasant or helpful at all. I went to search for assistance and bumped into Matt R. He was so nice and patient. Answered all my questions and helped me out a lot. I loved his customer service. Thank you so much Matt! God bless you.

Helpful and friendly staff here. My sister and I went in and had no idea what we were looking for but the staff didn't make is feel dumb or lost. They helped us feel more confident about the project we were set put to complete.

Nice selection of tiles. Floor, wall etc. Marble look. Plenty of additional tile options available to order online as well. Friendly staff.

Went to plainville location to look for parts and couldn’t find a specific item. An employee named Thomas took the time to thoroughly look for us and was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Thomas you saved us a trip to another location!

Plenty of handicapped parking! And they do have scooters,although I only counted 2. Might be more at the other entrance. The store is well kept neat and clean. Easy to find what you're looking for. It's easy to get help from the staff there. The staff is always pleasant and helpful to customers. I recommend this store to anyone needing home improvement goods.

I came in to purchase a dehumidifier that I found in the app for $159 on sale at this location. When I went inside it was $199, though the sale went into the next month. I was able to get a price check but please verify all in store prices on the app so you get the best deal. I saved $40 than if I hadn't checked the app.

Great staff at the returns desk. I was returning a couple items, one if which was beyond the return date. She informed me that, because I purchased it with my Lowes card, I could return it anyway. Very professional and informative
