4/22 Saturday morning: such pleasant and kind baristas and staff all around. Really made for a nice morning coffee run. Used the bathroom which smelled like bleach which was great knowing the bathrooms were definitely cleaned well. Thank you to everyone who was working this morning!

LOVE this location! Everyone is always friendly. I order ahead and never have to wait, and staff always acknowledges me as I pick up. They also have free coffee grounds for gardeners!

Got a drink from other Starbucks but it wasn’t taste right I think they forgot to put caramel sauce when they make my Frappuccino. Then I googled the nearby Starbucks this one cane out. So I talked to the staff they remake my drink right away! Super nice! And the drinks it’s exactly what I want:)))))) they are two angels with glasses but I forget to ask the name. Thank you 😊

Wow what a great experience with staff here earlier today. Walking in I wanted to order a pumpkin spice latte but changed my mind while waiting in line. I wanted to try something kind of different and not quite on menu. The man at the counter was very helpful when I ordered an iced chai with pumpkin. It was so good.

Wait staff was pleasant, prompt and efficient. My beverage was made promptly for me to go and it was delicious.

Excellent staff at this location. I will drive out of my way to get my coffee or sandwich here. A lot of times I’m closer to the Southington location, but almost every experience there has been a train wreck (and I’m a very patient and understanding person). Thank you for your hard work and cheerfulness, it’s definitely noticed!

I love it . I'm an addict so I'm biased. Staff at this location , with the exception of one or two, are always sweet and accommodating. The product is always made properly. I've been to many many locations and the Bristol one is really top notch

Nice spot to just relax and read, or simply visit with your spouse or friends. The staff is always friendly. The bathrooms are clean. Nice spots to sit. There are plenty of plugs in case you need to plug in something. And the drinks are great.

This place is nice and clean. I am not sure if there is a drive in option, but ample amount of parking. It has around 20 chairs approximately and might get really busy.
Staff has been nice and very polite, with good service and quality.

My go-to starbucks place! Drinks are consistently made well; this starbucks can be quite busy though, especially 10AM on a weekend day.

I love this Starbucks, even when massively busy all of the employees are friendly, and will answer your questions about drinks. This morning I had a pleasant experience with the barista who made my salted caramel mocha. Thanks!

I thought I placed a mobile order to this location but had my location set at Wallingford instead. When I came here I turned around to walk out and the nice lady made my coffees here. That was 👏 👏 Best place for sure. THANK YOU SO MUCH !! 😅
