I love this place!! The owner Tim and staff are awesome very knowledgeable welcoming friendly and just all around great people products are affordable and range for everyone’s budget!! And let’s not forget the delicious shakes they make!!! If u have any fitness needs for supplements this is definitely the place to go!!!

This place is honestly one of my favorite places on earth. I go every day to get pre workout before the gym and get a protein shake after my workout and I can honestly say no other supplement store even comes close to this place. The guys here are all awesome and they really care about helping you reach your fitness goals. They know some much about every supplement in the store and they don’t just try to sell stuff to you just to sell it, they’ll give you exactly what you need and they’ll give you their honest opinion about every product. Definitely give this place a 10/10!!

Being a college kid , I don’t always have the desire to cook. Not everyone wants to drink a protein shake after an intense workout , I want FOOD . Stopped by for the first time and was immediately greeted and never felt pushed to buy a thing . I ended up trying out the “sweet and spicy” prepared meal option they offer. It had a hefty portion of chicken, broccoli, and white rice…. Let me tell you , TASTEY . Definitely worth the price , 10/10 recommend .

Great people and great supplements, this is your one stop shop for all things health and body. The funny and friendly staff has excellent knowledge on workouts, supplements, and meal planning. They’ve got awesome meals ready to eat for people in a hurry best protein shake bar in the state. They have an athletic massage therapy guy on Monday’s and Tuesday’s, anything you want, they got it! Tim will even eat a Hamburger shake, no onions. Only bad thing is the owner wears socks and sandals.

Every time I go at least 1+ people offer to help pick the right product(s). Each recommendation I’ve gotten has been great and I’m always happy I’m supporting a local business who cares about their customers. Highly recommend this store!

So I was on my amazon delivery route and in dire need of something that will give me a boost of energy and be filling at the same time. Calvin was awesome to hook me up with a very delicious and amazing coffee protein shake. Thanks to him I was able to get the energy to complete my route so customers can get their packages. Have been a customer since the store opened. They have been extremely helpful in giving supplement advice to fit my needs and goals. Premium shake and Pre-workout bar, excellent lighting, full mirror wall, and pre-made meals. The store definitely doesn’t disappoint.

SuppLife Vitamins & Nutrition is the best store in all of Connecticut . The staff is always willing to help and answer all of your vitamins and health questions. All of there products are top notch and they have the best prepared meals hands down. i cant say enough goods things about this store. I gave it fives stars but it deserves way more. Best place for before and after your workout!! You can get pre workout here before and a protein shake afterwards! All the workers are so helpful, knowledgeable and make you feel right at home!
