The Home Depot

This is the best Home Depot I've found in the US! What makes it the best is their customer service. From Eric in Lumber to Rich, Jeff and Miss Jacquie at customer service, Miss Kat, and the gal's in paint and Miss Marina. Always willing to help and give advice on our current projects. Our kitchen came out so well they are coming to do a professional photo shoot. We couldn't have done with this spectacular group of Home Depot professionals! Keep up the awesome work ya'all 👏

This may not be the largest Home Depot and it's not the closest to me, but man, they will be my first choice when I need something. Their service was phenomenal. Not only were they knowledgeable and helpful, but so friendly and caring. Great team and shout out to Chuck!

I absolutely love the people who helped me at this store. I had a gentleman help me put heavy tile in my car and he did it with a smile! I won’t go to any other Home Depot! They have gone above and beyond for me MULTIPLE times this past week!! So thrilled!!

We arrived 5 minutes before closing to get a specific item that was not in stock at two other locations. Despite being so close to closing time, the 3 employees that we encountered were so pleasant, and they took the time to help us locate the item we were looking for. They were all so cheerful and helpful. It was a great experience.

Yeah sure you can probably find a lot of stuff cheaper on Amazon or Walmart, unless maybe the item is particularly big or heavy. However, physically browsing the aisles does stimulate my imagination and only then do imaginative, (sometimes useful, sometimes magnificent) home improvements come to life. And while I'm at it, I do prefer going to a home Depot over a Lowe's, but I'm not exactly sure why. So I applaud you on your subliminal persuasiveness!

Came here for some custom paint, which they were able to quickly match from a code that was over 6 years old. Staff member was quick and attentive, which sometimes it can be difficult to get a staff member’s attention at these places. Thank you for your help!

When i need home improvement stuff they always have it or have it delivered to me for what my needs are

I received the email, drove to the parking lot, clicked on the email link and within minutes the box was in my truck and I was on my way home. The product was in good condition and went together easily.

There is a nice and super helpful Man in I think the plumbing supply department His name sharpie onto his apron Gary B., this man went so far to make sure I got what I needed. I needed parts for my oil burner as it creates the hot water in my house, I mentioned that I live with 4 women Wife, and 3 daughters and they were real upset with me as they wanted hot showers { go figure } I don't know if this is why or that he is just awesome all the time? he didn't let me leave the store until I was set! If any of his managers see this please thank him for me, I was in a jam! great guy.

Came in with a gift card and a chip on my shoulder. This was going to be my last visit to Home Depot because of the new and very complicated and difficult veteran's discount procedures. But, Jeff at the return desk and a person, male, in the tool area provided the excellent customer serevice I am accustomed to and I ended up buying a great deal more than I came for. I still may go elsewhere where receiving my VA discount is I much easier. I carry my VA card with my picture on it, so I can't understand why that isn't sufficient.

Love this Home Depot! I live closer to 2 or 3 other stores but if I'm grabbing more than 1 or 2 things I try to come here. Best staff out of any HD I've been to!

this home depot is so much better then the bristol ct one. at least this store if you need help in a department you do not have to go looking for someone. the staff is very helpful

Recently purchased a home that needs some work. Have been in and out of this location multiple times over past few months. All staff I've encountered are very knowledgeable about products I am looking for. One associate in particular, Heather in flooring has gone above in getting me the best pricing and advising me of money saving tips. She also has alot of knowledge of other departments. Thank you Heather for your awesome customer service!

There is an employee named Gary there. He was knowledgeable and offered me great customer service. He took the time to show me the items I would need and instructed me clearly how to complete the task successfully. It was an important project for my family and with his help my family is a lot happier. I could see that he cared that I was successful and made me feel that I could come back to see him if anything went wrong. Gary is that rare gem that every company wishes they had. Thank you so much Gary!!!

Bill from Gardening Saved My Day!! I went to Home Depot on my way home from Hartford CT. I had to purchase all sorts of different hardware I needed to bring for my little vacation cottage. It was a strange project I had trouble even explaining and I was dreading the trip. As I was standing there looking confused and ready to have a giant panic attack, Bill approached me and asked if I needed help. 3 hours later I had all the hardware and items I needed and a better understanding of what I needed to do. I often avoid Home Depot as I find it overwhelming and have had some bad experiences being ignored and told someone would help me "shortly". I will drive out of my way to this Home Depot. What a guy!! Even the woman helping me out was nice. I can't say enough about this gentleman except to say Home Depot should give this guy a raise! Thanks for everything Bill. I'll let you know how the project turns out!!

Friday at 1pm and litterally a ghost town. Couldn't of been more then 6 cars in the lot to the point I thought they were closed. In and out in no time!!

Had to replaced my freezers today.Marina from southington store hooked us up with 2 new floor chest ( no deal) we're getting one wed next day.the 2 one next week. She was a life saver won't loose my food cost more than old freezer
Got to go need some ice to keep me frozen 😂
