If I could put 10 stars,I would , excellent customer service ,every single employee is always ready for help , anything you need , anytime you need it ,they are there for you ,always great deals ,very fresh produce ,love love this store , highly recommend , left stop and shop way behind , way to go shop Right 👍💓💓.

Out of all of the grocery stores we have to pick from in the area, this is my favorite grocery store. The prices are good and the quality of veggies and bakery is excellent (my kids now prefer Shop Rite muffins, cakes and cookies over all the other stores such as Costco, Stew Leonard’s, Trader Joe’s etc). They have added fresh chopped veggie mixes for sale and the produce quality has gotten much better and the selection and quality of prepared food has improved. The store continues to improve over time, they seem to really be trying to improve the store and options for customers, love Shop Rite it’s about the only grocery store I go to anymore.

ShopRite in Bristol truly stands out in the realm of grocery stores. Not only do they boast an excellent variety of products, ensuring I always find what I'm looking for, but their shelves are consistently well-stocked. Their produce section is particularly impressive, always offering fresh and quality items. What adds to the pleasant shopping experience is their incredibly friendly staff and the pristine cleanliness of the building. Beyond just being a store, their active community involvement showcases their commitment to Bristol. Highly recommend!

I've been shopping here for a long time. Ever since Mammoth Mart moved out. The prices are the best in Bristol. The staff are friendly. The cashiers are very nice and love to talk with their customers. There are only two small gripes.

#1). I used to love the English and German cheeses but, I don't see them anymore. I love Danish Blue cheese too. They offer similar cheeses from Italy but, the Danes are known for their Blue cheese and the French and Germans for their specialty cheeses too, especially Limberger.

#2). I know space is limited but, it would be nice to see the Porterhouse, New York Strip steaks, and Tenderloin steaks presented like they do at Stop and Shop.

Otherwise, I am happy with this store. I am a loyal customer. :)

Great selections, easy flow and friendly staff.

Very nice grocery store. I want to specifically say how great the cashier Judy was. She's so helpful and so nice.

ShopRite has always had the best prices, & now we're ordering from home remotely with curbside pick-up - and we're quite pleased. The people working there are most accommodating, plus it seems safer! We bring our own bags & I can even give them coupons!😊

The store is usually well stocked and the prices are great. Their digital coupons are really easy to use can be loaded to your card at the store. No waiting time between loading the coupon and using it.

Shop Rite has many sales going on for seniors on Tuesdays. Love shopping there then. Many bargains for seniors. Shelves are stocked well. Never a problem getting what I need.

Clean store, great selection and friendly staff.

I save $20-$30 a week here over Stop & Shop.

The negatives of this store are the organic selection is horrible compared to stop and shop.
The bathroom is all that way in the warehouse and feels creepy back there.
The lighting at night is almost worse than a full moon! Updated brighter lighting would be a huge help! And adding more than is already there too.

Great selection and the staff is helpful and friendly. Store is always busy but they are efficient with check out.

This is a good store to get fresh veggies and fruit plus a few other items needed since it is a grocery store and that's it. No waiting in line 10 people long because people are buying clothes or a TV. Another thing I like about this store is the cashiers are friendly (perfect example is Sarah) and the fact that they have cashiers (more than 1) in addition to self checkouts. The prices are competitive and if I bring coupons or catch a sale, I can usually find a few really good bargains.

Nice big store with a lot of variety. The prices were very reasonable and seemed lower than the usual place that I stop and shop, if you know what I mean. Lots of yummy things in the deli area and fresh fried chicken to grab and go. Good selection of canning jars and lids. Bakery section was very nice also.

So this Monday I placed an order thru the website to have my food picked for me and at first I was skeptical because I usually shop myself and I’m usually very picky, but I’ve been busy and it had to be done . But I was extremely suprised . My order was picked by Hannah and she did an amazing job all the fruit and veggies were extremely fresh and well picked not bruised or anything and a few things were available but she was able to find amazing substitutes and accommodated my order extremely well even tho she tried calling me to go over them with her but I was busy but she would have done exactly what I do substituting . Then of course I got a call when my food was ready and boy was it ready faster then expected . Lucky she was the one ringing me out so I was able to thank her in person and most cashiers are very down and seem sad to be working but she had a smile on her face and was bubble and a joy to work with . Had such great service will defiantly return and order online again just wish I could choose her to do my order every time she’s a terrific employee!!

Been shopping here for over 30 years. Very competitive prices, best weekly sales, quality meats, deli & selection of produce. The Bristol store is immaculate and all associates & managers are extremely friendly. Although there's a Price Chopper and Stop & Shop closer to me, I'd never shop anywhere other than Shop Rite.

I get my groceries delivered!
For a few months I observed the SR Home Delivery Shoppers select items watching how they picked & handled other peoples food. They were as fussy about the produce, meats & deli as I was.
I have been using the delivery service for the last 6 months and I am completely satisfied.
If I have a unique request they do their best to achieve it.
4 stars ShopRite delivery!

I briefly stopped into the ShopRite located in Bristol, CT to take advantage of the Friendly ice cream size 1.5 quart special for .99 cents, limit 2 on 3/17/18. Also, purchased the 8 piece fried chicken deal for $7.99. The prices are good and the workers are helpful. A good shopping experience.

Super friendly staff. I had to sign up for a new card and the gentleman at the desk was really helpful, sweet and accommodating.
This location can be busy, and it’s annoying to get to with all the construction but that’s not the fault of the store.

The Waterbury store was my home store, and it was great to be in a Shop Rite again. Your employees were also very nice.
