Wonderful associate Klodiana which I received a warm welcome and excellent knowledgeable of their products.And I received my Birthday gift with out inquiring.

This online pickup required no interaction with humans. It simply required walking up to the pickup area and being instructed on our phone to which cubicle the item was in.

I really only went to the Amazon desk, which is very convenient. They give you a 20% off coupon when you return something to Amazon, so I poked around s bit. Kitchen utensils seemed pricey, and they don't have clothes in my size (I'm 6'7"), but the clothing and bedding options looked good and priced well. It's not a store for me, really, but I gave the coupon to someone who needed it, and she was very happy. Win win.

On Wednesday, November 29th, I originally went to Kohls to make some Amazon returns. I arrived around 4:30 pm. The Amazon return line was really long, which is totally understandable due to holiday sales. There was only one lady working at the Amazon returns desk. I didn’t catch her name, but she had dark hair, glasses, and was wearing a blue plaid shirt. She asked for help using her walkie-talkie.
All of a sudden, an employee came running to her. This was a newer employee because she said she was only trained on Amazon returns once. I don’t know her name either, but like I said she was new, she has blonde hair, and was wearing a green shirt and I heard her say she worked in the kids department.
The lady that called for help quickly gave the new girl a quick on hand training on how to sort and scan items. This new employee TOOK IT ON LIKE A CHAMP!! I believe and feel this employee sincerely dwarves the recognition that she deserves, new or not. And props to the First Lady for asking for help. But MAJOR props to the new employee who took on on-demand, on hand training in a real life situation.

Again, the new employee with blonde hair and wearing a green shirt on Wednesday, November 29th, helping the lonely Amazon return lady showed extreme teamwork and workmanship. She deserves to be acknowledged!!

I've not really shopped here too much. They seem to have a fairly decent clearance section. Place mostly seems dead.

Cashier Sue was amazing. Good people like her are hard to find. Keep up the amazing job Sue

My check out clerk - Pati B. was very friendly, helpful, and patient. She made sure all my KOHL's discounts went through.

Kohl's Department Store offers a pleasant shopping experience with their approachable and helpful staff. The store is well-kept, with organized merchandise and clean aisles. It provides a comfortable and stress-free environment for a satisfying shopping trip.

I haven't been to Kohl's in a long time. I was impressed how nice the store was. The cashier was very helpful.

OMG i love the Plainville khols much much better then Waterbury khols i been here twice in the past 2weeks my first visit was with my partner we spent $500 bucks with all our discounts we walk out with cart full of clothes for $277.00 i mean omg we couldn't believe it even our register lady said to us please next time take me shopping with you lol we both laugh. and today i went by myself cuz im on vacation i had some coupons and $70 khols cash so i said lets see what i can find, and Omg again spent amost $347 dollars i walk with three packages of cologne that was on clearance for $34 so the colognes were 1 dolce Gabbana and 2 different Versace a pair dress pants 2 belts a brAun shaving kit 2 shirts with ties all after my discount i payed $157.00 i was blown away on top of that I got another $30 Kohl's cash plus 25% off and another 15% I'll be there again November 20th lol khols is the place to shop thank you so much you guys ((ROCK)) a picture to prove it...

I've been a regular Kohl's customer since 2011 although I had purchased items prior to that. Love the variety of clothing, household items too. Prices are competitive especially with Kohl's cash, rewards and coupons. Will continue to shop here.

I got there this morning to return an item and the lady on the front desk she was the sweetest thing and help me to get the same item. I needed to change it because it didn’t fit excellent service.
