Duane Reade

This pharmacy on the busy Flatbush Ave corner of 7th Ave in Park Slope is consistently great. The staff are top notch. They are always busy and despite the pressure they must feel every day to keep all their customers satisfied, they do it and they do it well. Even on the rare occasion where an issue arises, I’ve always felt like this pharmacy does everything they possibly can to help by offering clear explanations about what the issue is and even offering suggestions to me when the issue needs to be addressed by me with my insurer. The immediate customer facing staff are always pleasant and somehow manage to remain calm, show empathy and act professionally even when dealing with the not infrequent customer interaction when that person, who probably isn’t feeling so great, has reached their breaking point. Thank you for many years of excellent customer service, Duane Reade.

10 minutes before closing this hero went out of his way to help me. He was there when I needed him. Granted, the newer people do the minimum and can't really multitask, but there are some experienced people in the pharmacy. I got my 2 boosters there, and as long as you show up on time, you're in and out.

Yesterday I went to this store, I got the best customer service ever. Thank you to Yesna who was very helpful with my visit. I went to the cashier who was very respectful and also helped me find me something I couldn’t find, thank you to Levphenson too. I believe they should be the next store manager. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend everyone to come and have a good conversation with them as their way out, very friendly staff and helpful. Thank You.

Their employees are always kind and professionals. I thought my prescription wasn’t covered by my insurance, but two girls there got together and checked it out and I paid a very small amount, not 250+ as it’s the original price. Thanks for all your kindness and professionalism. God Bless you all!

While I was in the store I began feeling weak and shaky. Went to the cashier at the photo counter and asked if I can sit as I was quite shaky.. Both cashiers not only was concerned but one of them called a cab for me. Proves that there's Angels everywhere. I didn't take their names but I would like to say Thanks a million for your kindness

While this is a normal Duane reade, they have pretty awesome employees... Fillmore is beyond amazing. He helped us out today and acted like it was nothing at all, but it meant the world to us. Thank you!!!

Tonight, my little brother ran out of his prescription, and when we called, the wonderful pharmacist who I am not naming for privacy reasons,,,(thank you you know who you are) not only called the doctor for us to get a refill, but waited for us, also their snack selection is great, top tier pharmacy thank you so much : )

Yolanda gave me the vaccine shot and it was so pleasant. I hope for my 2nd shot she'll do it. Amazing customer service.
