I want to take a moment to acknowledge Ms. Dina, one of the employees at Kohl's in Woodstock (120 Woodstock Square Ave. Woodstock GA 30189)
Her exceptional customer service caught my attention today as I was shopping. Ms. Dina greeted me with a big, welcoming smile and expertly guided me to the item I was searching for. Her friendly and knowledgeable demeanor has been consistent throughout my shopping experiences, and I believe she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding work. Thank you, Ms. Dina, for making my shopping trips to Kohl's enjoyable and stress-free.

Miff is so great! They helped me with a return that was super quick and walked me to the clothing section I was looking for. I’m very grateful for their kind customer service!

YULIANA IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I was spending $50 for a 2oz sunscreen and then she showed me a sunscreen that’s $15 for 1.7oz. And YALL it works so good! Not to mention she kept me up to date with all the good in store deals!

The store was clean and fairly well laid out and the 5 employees we interacted with were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. There was several employees putting up stock to keep the store well stocked.

Hard to find sizes in bras and underwear. Good quality of clothing.
Returns are easy and speedy.
Checkout is easy. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

This store is located conveniently near many other place I shop. Great selection, great prices (especially with coupons) and helpful staff. Actually used the self checkout! No lines no waiting.

Great location and good inventory variety. They have a lot of board games, different sizes of baby and kids clothes, home goods, etc. They now have self checkout too! And the Amazon process for returns takes literally a couple of minutes. Imho, if there's a Kohl's store to go to in the area, this is it!

I appreciate the friendly employees at the Woodstock store. I had lost my Kohl's card and didn't realize this until I was at self checkout (which I do not like at all!!!!). The employee noticed that I had an issue an helped me she even went out of her way to give me the phone number to call to report the card missing.

Store is well organized and the check out was quick and efficient which including applying coupons and discounts.

Today I’m giving Presley, Dani G and Andrea (Sales Associates) all five stars for their terrific customer service. They were extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable in assisting me with the different perfumes and wallets. I would definitely recommend this location.

Shout out to Jack and Zack at the Woodstock, GA Kohls. A suspicious man was sitting in a car as I walked into the store. I approached the two employees as I was headed back to my car with my young granddaughter. I was so concerned about the man and human trafficking that they escorted me out. Two very nice young men that eased this Mimi’s heart. Thank you!

Just went there to return an Amazon package which was very simple. Plus they give give you a 20% coupon so you can shop. Love kohls!
