The employees here are very helpful and friendly and are a pleasure to interact with! Especially Joey who usually draws a smiley face on the receipt. Tonight I got to choose a holiday option! I chose a tree! 🎄 It is wonderful to see people who enjoy their jobs!

I had a great experience, recently talking with a AT&T saleswoman. She was patient, helpful and transparent, through out the process. So if you run into U’Niah at your visit, just know she’ll do an excellent job. I have a new phone and great cell service due to her aid.

Every staff interaction has been extremely pleasant with genuine, friendly conversations and helpfulness every visit. Joey is always awesome and switches up the traditional receipt check drudgery you get at competing warehouses.

BJ'S has good quality products (meats, produce, bakery and I've noticed that BJ'S has been beating out Sam's Club lately. Our family has memberships in BJ, Costco and Sam's Club, so we can compare

I’ve been a BJ’s member for a long time after Costco got WAY too crazy busy. I really like BJ’s and it’s as good as any other wholesalers. The curbside pickup it easy and fast!

Good variety of products at fair prices. Self checkout is great.

Had a tire issue and was upset it wasn’t fixable. The manager on duty -Garrett- was so awesome and helped me resolve it. He really has a heart and made a bad situation so much better. So appreciate him and thankful to have my vehicle safe with functional tires!!

Typical big box store, but the staff here is very friendly and available to assist you when needed.

I always find the staff very pleasant at the Woodstock location. Second time getting my tires there, the team is courteous and efficient and they care about their job You can tell. I recommend.

Has things needed that Costco or Sam’s doesn’t carry ever

I came to BJ's on the 21st to have my tire looked at. Fast service. I would visit them over Sams and definitely Costco because I was in and out. No traffic no having to look for parking. Amazing customer service by the worker present and his supervisor. Also interacted with membership. They were also friendly. I had a stressful day and they really helped to make it a better day.

The staff are very nice and helpful. You will able to get better prices even than Costco. Since BJ's not only take their own coupons but also the newspaper which Costco does not.

Gas prices are by far the best in the area. If you get a credit card and use it for gas you get an additional 10 cents a gallon off. For an additional nickel off per gallon make an in store purchase or return b4 you get gas. Great prices and very friendly helpful staff here! I have no affiliation with BJ's other then a yearly membership. Try it you'll like it!

This place is very quiet, not too many customers, and have some great products.

Hakeem was the guy who rang me up. He was super helpful and had a great personality. Wish I could go every day just to see him! 5 stars to Hakeem

Dasha and Barbara were great at customer service. Me and my mother had am excellent time shopping at bj's they showed impeccable patient with assisting us with a large order for our family....love time experience will definitely come back

I've been a member with BJ's Wholesale for over 5 years and to me this is the leading and best Wholesale Club compared to Costco and Sam's. The customer service that is provided here is great very friendly staff and a great managing team, very easy to find everything in the store when there's an issue there's always a team member there to help you.

Love this place friendly associates and great prices. Easy to get in and out. Out standing prices on Tiers and gas. Thank you BJ's for making my shopping experience so much fun and not like Costco or Sam's.
