Have been there a couple of times, great service and collection. They're friendly and give wonderful suggestions.

It's open 24/7 so best place to grab ice cream at night. They have wonderful service too.

This is the BEST Dunkin Donuts in Cherokee county! Their manager in the mornings has the line loving on a chic fila level. And my complex order is NEVER wrong! 10/10 no cap

Went inside this time, my family usually does drive thru on church day. Went inside with my mom and the lady who helped us out with getting coffee was an absolute legend (I think her name is Sakura) shes an absolute treasure and wanted my reaction to that need sparkld energy drink and it honestly tasted like a bunch of peach jellies (which is delicious)

This is our go-to location when we want something sweet for breakfast. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. This visit the gentleman making our iced coffees gave them a little flip before he handed them to us and it just made my day.

There is a guy who works night shift that’s been working at Dunkin’ for five years and I can’t remember his name but he’s always very helpful and friendly.

i know how busy this location is, i know how hard it is to work in customer service especially when their always short staffed. they do the best they can and i appreciate the whole staff. I've read many reviews and yall sound childish yall are complaining about small things but dont think to realize how busy this location gets. my best experience have been at this dunkin if you dont like it go to another one its that simple 😂 Came here at 7:23am and ordered me and iced vanilla latte... ALWAYS THE BEST!! 🥰🥰 their all sweethearts and the manager is amazing!

the times that i’ve been here the customer service was absolutely horrible, to where i never wanted to come back again. but i went in the other day with a friend and the lady jennifer was so so kind & patient, it makes me want to come back to this location in the future. she definitely deserves a raise 💕💕

I went late at night a few nights ago to get a couple of donuts and some iced coffee from this location. It was so clean (something you rarely see in fast food nowadays), the donuts were fresh, and the coffee was excellent. What really stood out was the customer service that was given by the employee working, Courtney. She was the only employee working the front, and she was super polite and made sure my semi complicated coffee order was made perfect. In an industry where nightshift people like to pretend to be closed due to short staffing at most places, she truly stood out even though she was short staffed. Thank you dunkin for the wonderful late night snack and thank you Courtney for the service.

Wow I had such an amazing experince yesterday at this dunkin my daughter son and my wife had an amazing experience with a worker named Victor he was sweet and kind and helped us and gave us an overview with also providing a funny personality are kids loved him also the food was good and made on a timely manner will definitely come back…

Tried to place an order for a couple sandwiches and my free birthday drink on the app but my order was 33¢ more than my card balance. Had issues adding money from my credit card so i entered the store to see if i could pay the rest with cash. The guy was understanding and asked what my order was. Without a thought, he made it quickly and sent me on my way, no questions asked. Now that's extraordinary customer service! Thanks man!

Excellent location and having multiple choices on what you want to order a very well organized staff to wait on you the location seems to be always very busy

This is a nice Dunkin/Baskin combo. The staff is excellent and I've never had an issue with an order in the Drive Thru. The Drive Thru here gets busy, but they get the line moving with a quickness. This spot earns the 5th star because the coffee is always hot and fresh which I appreciate.

Service can be a little slow sometimes and sometimes screws up the orders. But for the most part they are friendly. Good food and drinks.

Absolutely awesome experience! We went during National Donut Day. The girl behind the counter was so sweet and friendly. The place was clean and refreshing after a hot summer's day. Another customer didn't want there smoothie so they gave it to us for free! Very friendly staff.

In R.I. they're coffee is a staple. The doughnuts are obviously famous and there sandwiches always hit the spot. But what happened to the steak and egg bagel????? Bring it back please. I still mainly go for the coffee and it's still the best around, (sorry WaHo).... Not sorry ⭐🦌's..

My go to shop to get a coffee on the go. Staff is always friendly and serve fast. Every time I'd go there my iced coffee is top notch and not gritty with leftover sugar. it's always a smooth experience

Very wonderful customer service & have seen nothing but positive improvements ever since the ownership change about a year ago. This store has come a very long way. About 100% of the time the staff is always friendly and smiling. I've not once had any issues at this specific location and gladly call it my Dunkin Donuts home.

I have only been to this location once, but this team was operating like a well-oiled machine! They moved a stack of cars through the drive-thru with impressive speed. I wasn't at the window for more than 30 seconds!
