AT&T Store

Hope was phenomenal! She handled every detail and was extremely patient with my elderly mother and her new phone! She is the best AT&T associate we have ever had the pleasure of working with at any store.

Augusto and Rob were the dream team! They were quick, but since I had an old phone I was there for awhile because of the transfer of files, photos, video, and contacts. They were so nice and turned on the dish for me lol

Jess went straight to answering our questions and solving our problems. I can see him becoming a manager in no time. He had such a nice calm approach to our problems. If we could request an employee in the future to help us, it would be Jess everytime.

We also loved the positive attitude he displayed the entire time. Positivity is so hard to come by even in the customer service world. Thank you Jess.

They were all so beyond helpful, patient and walked me through everything! Nikki was the manager who was great and Chill was the rep who handled everything and stayed on the phone with customer service for 2 hours to make sure everything was done correctly for my business account. I was so impressed and thankful!

Had to make a visit to the AT&T store after my wife's phone met its untimely demise. We had a great experience with Roscoe assisting us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We talked with him about our needs and he showed us the best options available. Very patient, while my wife and I took a few minutes to discuss our options. Overall, it was a very good experience. We'll be back to see Roscoe next time we need a phone.

My experience today in the Woodstock Ga store was awesome! Kudos, to Taylor and Nikki for their professionalism and customer focus! Both were well informed and understood what was needed for me to walk out as a completely satisfied customer! ATT, both Taylor and Nikki deserve recognition as they are a great asset to your team.

I tried to set up my new plan fully online because I generally try to avoid spending hours in a store. However, I ended up needing to go to the store anyway. I was very pleasantly surprised by the fantastic customer service I received by Bobby. He was super helpful and delightfully entertaining. He made the tedium completely bearable and even fun! I highly recommend this location and Bobby!

Hope Power was pleasant, prompt and helpful. This was our second time working with her, we bought a phone from her for our son in December. We will be sure to work with her in the future. The store manager Nikki was also helpful on a past visit.

Bobby is the man!! Helped me find my account and upgrade to a new phone. Super knowledgeable about the available accessories available and made the data transfer process seem less and stress free. I will highly recommend this location and Bobby to anyone around the area!

I’ve always had a decent experience here, but yesterday was exceptional! Hope aka Hopie helped my family and I with upgrades, new phone lines, adjustments to our current bill and whatever else was needed! She was happy and helpful through the whole process!!!!! Retail Sales-Pro Marcellina is a real credit to ATT. She knows her stuff, takes as much time as a customer needs to get the job done, and has laser-like customer-focus. In addition to ensuring my 11-year old grandson got everything set up perfectly for his first iPhone purchase - using his own money - Marcellina was so impressive, I decided to turn in my iPhone 12 and purchase an iPhone 15 on the spot!

Visited ATT store to pick up a phone we ordered online. Your representative, Hope, was so very pleasant and helpful in setting up my new iPhone.

Roscoe was extremely helpful in helping restore access to my father's account. My dad spent almost 7 hours off and on with the ATT general number and Roscoe was able to help get the issue resolved in less than 30 mins.
The only suggestion I have is to have some lower height chairs available for those with mobility impairment.

Great experience! The managers were very helpful and the sales associate made the experience even better. My representative was Hope and she was fast, friendly but most importantly efficient! The managers working at the time was Deshaun and Ron. Job well done guys.

Marcelina was excellent. I have been a customer with ATT for years and she was by best the greatest service I have had with you all. She explained stuff with my son and myself. Helped him to get his phone updated so he could pair his watch and then helped him pair his watch. She also answer questions about phone upgrades and my ATT cable plan. Again, she was above and beyond my expectations.
