Customer service was excellent at the Office Depot in Woodstock. Skip, the manager, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. One more thing, prices beat two other competitors on the printer I purchased by a substantial savings. Check prices before you buy you will be surprised!

I had the best service at my local Office ax last week. Bradley assisted me in making photocopies of pics on my phone. Not being technically savvy, his patience and professional skill made this task quick and easy. Not to mention a lot less than other places. I will return with all my future needs.

Bradley was very professional, patient and helpful in getting my project accomplished. He not only helped me and gave me the attention I needed, but he was the only one at the counter, and was able to move the line along behind me assisting other customers so that they could get on their way or while patiently working with me… Thank you Bradley for all of your time help and attention!

I love shopping at the Office Max on Hwy. 92 in Woodstock. They provide an ink cartridge recycling program which I utilize. They also have great store employees. Most of the time an employee will walk with me to get an item or if they are very busy they will tell me which aisle and which side of the aisle the item can be found.

Mr Skip, Sales Manager, provided customer satisfactory service during the time I purchased the L-Desk at Woodstock location of GA by explaining to me the details of the desk and the delivery service they offered which was very helpful for me to make the final decision. The whole store was friendly. My thanks to him and to all who made my purchase experience pleasant!

Needed a "Magenta" cartridge for my printer....young lady located one for me and not only did I buy 1....i bought the assorted cartridges as well! And ....she transferred my accumulated rewards points, applied them, and also found a discount coupon that worked !

Woodstock location of Office Depot/Max provided excellent service with great products. Quick order of an additional filing cabinet with delivery within 3 business days to our house was extra icing on the cake! Thank you, Carrissa and Alex!

I was in a crunch to get a poster made for a wedding shower. I placed the order Saturday night and needed it by 12 the next day. I called 1st thing Sunday morning. They said it would be no issues having it completed, but they would have to charge me a fee. Ok, it was my fault for waiting too long. Well, the associate called me back 5 minutes later. The poster was finished and no additional fee. They were so amazing. The associate wished me the best and asked if there was anything he could do for me. Great experience. Thanks Ian.

Greeted at the door by Skip, asked what I needed help finding. Skip paged his associate Lisa to help me find the printer sticker paper I needed for a project and even helped to price match a competitors price. Very pleased with the customer service received here. Thanks again Skip and Lisa!

The manager and the sales assistant were extremely helpful. My printer is an older one and I have to hunt to find replacement cartridges. They even price matched with Walmart at my request. That kind of service engenders true customer loyalty!

Hannah & Joe have been phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make posters and banners for my husbands birthday party. They both were very friendly and helpful to say the least. You do not find customer service like this any longer. Kudos to Hannah especially for going above and beyond what was expected of her. I could not have done this without her. She definitely deserves a promotion and a raise. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

SUPER impressed! I order tons of prints for work, and I have always used Staples, UPS, vista print etc. I had a huge order so I was shopping around for the best price and came across this office max. The prices cannot be beat, and they guaranteed my order to be ready faster than anywhere else too! I thought it was too good to be true, but I walked in today, and grabbed my perfectly prepared and labeled order off of the online order rack, and walked right out! Super quick and easy.
