Good selection of shoes, but not many choices under size 9.

They used to be a little bit better. Problem is, the Nike selection is not as good as it used to be. They could have a lot more fun colors for women. But the service isn't bad!

Found some really cute bday shoes on sale for only $20!

I am very thankful to the assistant manager and the other team member who where working. Wednesday around 7pm on 8/4/2021. I got distracted and left my purse at the store. When I realized that I had left my purses, I called the store and luckily they have found in the store. I really appreciate their honesty and their great customer service. I like to support business that have honest people like them. Thank you and I will return to shop at this store!!!!

I am so impressed with the manager at this location. I went in with my brother to get him shoes that would fit his swollen feet due to medical issues. Brad went over and beyond helping my brother pick out the right shoes for him. He even helped him try them on.
We will be shopping at this location for years to come. Thank you Brad for your kind heart.

Easy online order pickup process. The shoes were too small and the clerk was helpful in getting me one size up. Would shop here again.

Wandered into a Rack Room Shoes while casually shopping the other day, and ended up leaving with a new pair of shoes. My brother happened to need some work shoes, and with the "Buy one get one half-off" sale, I figured that I could use a new pair myself.

They didn't have the size I needed, but the gentleman at the counter was super helpful and we set an order online to have them shipped to my house. It was quick and painless, alongside buying a pair in-store for my brother.

The shoes I ordered arrived a few days later, and I have worn them all over for the past few days. Thanks Rack Room!

Low to no staff it seemed as we did not get any help. However we did not need it this visit and the store did have some decent traffic at the time. Good prices and ability to self serve is nice. We did have a great check out experience and the man was super nice and friendly so that was great. Thank you.

Good selection of shoes. Most sizes were available. They had good sales running when we were there.

I called and spoke with KIM about returning my shoes but I didn't have my receipt. All tags are still on the shoes but I discovered that I grabbed the wrong size. KIM said that they can be returned for an exchange or a store credit. I was so relieved to learn that! KIM actually remembered helping me pick out the shoes as I had told her that I was going to my grandson's graduation from USMC boot camp in SC. The graduation was in March and I didn't think that KIM remember me but she did. She needs kudos for remembering customers and for being so kind and personable. I especially wanted to write this review as I noticed that y'all have only one star. When I saw that, I actually dreaded calling about my return. Thankfully, KIM proved that you can't believe all those reviews. She's a keeper!!!!
