My part time place of employment, and I absolutely love it!!! You will have the best experience here. I have never had to deal with discrepancies from customers. Awesome products. Check out their New Shampoo and conditioner!!!

This is by far the best Bath & Body Works store around.
I am a rewards member and often purchase products for myself and for gifts. The Woodstock store is always well stocked, clean, easy to get around, and staff is friendly and efficient.

Yesterday was the candle sale. Store was very busy with perhaps 7+ in front of me on line. It was less than 5 mins to get to the register and staff members had smiles and were very helpful. Another person behind me had tried to shop at another location the day before but said the experience was terrible.

I only go to the Woodstock location as it is managed so well!! Thank you.

My wife loves their candles and lotions and air fresheners! I dread Christmas because her stocking is filled with their goodies, and it can get expensive...

I’d like to personally applaud the way Laquan (Asst. Mgr), Brenda, and Katelyn handled our most recent nightmare with regards to gift cards and if they “expire” or not.

The card states that they do not expire, while we were informed by 3 different representatives of bath and body works (via their corporate phone number on the back of the card) that they do expire.

Labuan and her staff tended to us and was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to right this wrong for her customers.

We truly saw the amazing customer care in action with this group of ladies at the Woodstock, GA bath and body works location.

Love Love their products and they always have deals.. very affordable. Once you use them.. You will want to always buy them. The freshness and smells definitely are amazing and taunting. Also awesome for gifts!!!

This store is clean and well stocked. There were workers all over to help customers, and I really appreciated getting a spritz of hand sanitizer and a clean shopping bag as soon as I entered. My only complaint is that despite having a lot of staff on the floor, there was only one register open. It seems there were supposed to be two, but the second person was helping someone on the phone and had to go out to the floor to find some items. I think the floor staff should handle those requests so the registers don't get backed up.
Update: During my most recent visit they had three registers open plus a full floor staff; what a pleasure!

My favorite Bath and Body Works to shop at! The employees are so kind! The store has a great selection and is always clean, I would give them 100 stars if I could! Nancy was extremely kind and helpful and my shopping experience a joy!

I went during the black Friday sale and this very adorable woman helped me find exactly what I needed. She was very helpful, polite and informative. I love this location I've always come here because my experience is always great! The staff is just amazing

We decided to make a quick run to our local Bath & Body Works the other night about 30 minutes before closing. The lady (should have gotten her name- sorry!) who greeted us was very nice and asked if she could help us. We told her what we were looking for- body sprays. They had just pulled all of the testers off the floor but she went back very cheerfully and brought out the entire cart for us to test!

Most stores that are close to closing...don't want to help. But not this place. It was refreshing so I wanted to share. Also, they were not pushy at all on the sales side. Thanks!

The store has safety protocilsfor Covid so you feel safe, but the associates are super polite and put you at ease. There are great scents like kitchen lemon and lemon or classics like cherry blossom. Loved my experience.

Well stocked store. Is too much help a thing? The store is very well staffed almost too well.

Doing an incredible job of creating a SAFE sanitized social distancing store! Customer service is superb! And after EVERY customer the counters AND card machines are completely sanitized. Great products and sales too!
