Walmart Supercenter

I never shopped at Walmart till I moved here. Now I do all my grocery shopping there because the produce is usually fresh, the baked goods are superior to any other store, and the rotisserie chickens are always juicy. Plus if you need something else like housewares or outdoor stuff... it's convenient.

PSA, if you do Walmart Pickup and find the people who take the items to your car did a good job or go above and beyond, you can actually TIP them. If anyone finds it charitable, of course. I found using the app to be a lot better as well as they will most likely have your order ready to be sent out before you get there.

Great visit, but all locations need to bring back cashier processing of orders.

I had to pick up an item I ordered online, but the pickup parking area was blocked due to an emergency. I went inside and the woman at the customer service desk was very friendly and helped me retrieve my package quickly.

I still love going through a check out lane instead of self check and just had to say that my experience with Erick today was what I love about it. He was friendly and didn't act like most young people that always seem like they would rather be anywhere else but working. Amazing experience!

I love going to the Walmart over in Woodstock. They always have what I need and in stock. I went here to get multiple yellow shirts for a family trip and they had every size I needed. Also they have plenty registers open. It was organized for the back to school supplies also. I will definitely keep coming her after work to get what I need.

Is it possible to add a tip button for the employee who loads your car? Time, and time, I have the most pleasant conversations and they are just as sweet as can be. It's always nice to drive away with a smile on your face. If it is not, please note that they do a fabulous job!

The bakery was very accommodating to a sudden schedule change yet still produced a beautiful cake!

Nice store...had all we needed with good prices. The customer service was friendly.

I was very pleased with organization, associates working rather than chatting, they were professional, courteous and behaved in a way that conveyed thoughtfulness.
The shelves were stocked, there were many options available, and easy to locate. The whole store was extremely clean.
I am not fond of self checkout but since I had no choice, I settled in and attempted to get checked out with little need for assistance. When I did, my problem was anticipated and remedied.
I have one suggestion. I am considered a Sr Citizen but there were a few customers who were older than me and could barely see over the new seat/cup/phone holder. While it is mostly convenient, maybe find a few shorter versions for those who are height-challenged or offer some assistance for some elders?

Today, I’m giving five stars to James, Jazmine, Sheila and Danielle for their exceptional customer service. Each associate was truly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even offered to show me where the item was located. I would definitely recommend this store.

This place has happy people working here. Nice to start seeing that these days.

The staff was friendly and there is a good music store inside.

I order groceries from here every month for my daughter in Georgia (I'm in Florida) I have never had an issue with anything being delivered until this past order. All the meat, $50 worth and a few other things like oat milk and ramen were not delivered. It was a $180 order so the lovely picture at her door was of course a pic from about 50 feet away and there were a lot of bags. My daughter called me immediately and I called the online order department and they were very helpful and then I called the 800 number and was immediately credited for the items that were not received. Idk if it helped that I am a Walmart+ customer and I have been doing this for over 2 years but it was a seamless transaction and I really appreciate the staff at Walmart on Hwy 92 😁 Btw unfortunately they have to hire 3rd party delivery people. Here at my Walmart in Florida a Walmart employee does the delivery. I was told that they do have quite a few problems with items missing when delivered.

The restrooms were clean and this place actually had a little more variety of food items from the Asian aisle.

I was bored today and thought I'd come to Walmart and people watch. I was not disappointed

I always find everything I want, good prices!
