And these guys didn't have to help me but took the time to call corporate for me and figure it out for me. Plus they were super friendly and helpful keeping my 6 year old occupied while helping !!!! Anytime I come here I always end up spending about an hour and a half just walking around and looking at everything. In that time, I get asked multiple times if I need help. Even though they know my answer is most of the time “just looking around” they still care enough to keep asking. I bought some pops today and the guy behind the counter was super helpful and made sure to offer me the buy 3 get one. I was only interested in two but was looking for some Harry Potter ones and he went out of his way to see in his system if they had some. It’s the little things like this that make it so much more enjoyable to come back and know that you will always be treated with respect and courtesy. I have been coming here for 10 years and will continue to come in. Why? This store seems to always employ good people(for the most part) who care enough about a customer and know their stuff.

John was very helpful and honest. He located the disc that I was looking for and upon seeing that it was in poor condition he went out of his way to get me a different disc (and cleaned that one as well). Great service.
