Junction True Value Hardware

I love coming by this small hardware shop. They’re pretty good and I’ve been able to find some stuff here that’s even cheaper than Amazon, like the Milwaukee wrench I ended up buying. I shop here more than Home Depot due to the convenience of location. And in true hardware store fashion, it is also dog friendly. And good folks too—I had a key made here and it didn’t work when I got home so they remade it for free.

Staff here are ever-present and non-intrusive, which is exactly what I need while browsing for parts and tools. When I do need assistance, everyone is very knowledgeable and ready to help.

If you want a true hardware store go to True Value. Forget the big box stores, especially Lowe's.

Smaller store but has all the basics. Really nice staff. If you call in advance, they can confirm if they have something in stock. Street parking or pay lot across the street. Really busy corner behind California Ave.

Awesome service and knowledgable staff at this place! I was looking for an incredibly weird adapter for a portable washing machine hookup (a male-female adapter in a combination of sizes that didn't seem to exist.) An employee (I think her name was Sunny) found a couple of us ransacking the hardware aisle, checked all the sizes for me and eventually spotted that the piece I was looking to adapt was threaded both internally and externally, meaning a female-female adapter (which actually existed in the sizes I needed) instead.

Crazy refreshing to get help from someone who knows what they're doing, compared to the bigger hardware stores where you're totally on your own — thank you!

Great and friendly people. Good selection. I have only been here a few times since I am new to the area. It reminds me of the True Value that I shopped at before moving here. I singled up for rewards today. And will be back here more often.

Love this store - unlike the big box chains you will have someone asking you if you need help within 5 minutes of entering... not in a pushy way, but in a fully knowledgeable, "I can help you" way. And they can. The knowledge set of the experienced staff is impressive. Everyone is nice here. They pack an astounding amount into a tiny store. Truly a West Seattle gem.

I love this place! The staff are very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I can't believe they can pack so many good things in a relatively small space. I'm always able to find what I need. So lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood!

I love this place for us is the big warehouse hardware stores. There’s always someone here to help, they have most everything you need, and what they don’t have they will order for you.
