Ashton was amazing!! He stuck with me for 3 hours of trying to troubleshoot why my SIM card wasn’t connecting to the network. We finally got it resolved, and I was super impressed by his perseverance. Great experience at this store 👍🏼

Hello, I just wanted to leave a very big thanks to Ashton from the West Seattle Jefferson Square AT&T Store. I had emergency issues with my phone, and was in a panic as I knew he was closing for the day. He kindly stayed open, waited for me to get up there, and like a miracle worker, he fixed the issue in less than a minute! Amazing service from an amazing employee! Thank you so much, Ashton!

Love this new location! Shane & the new manager Maria are absolutely AMAZING! I went in for a few questions on my bill, and left with a brand new plan, a SUPER nice discount, & a new phone!! They definitely know what they’re doing, and I’m so glad to have them close by. Definitely a spot to stop by!!!

Just had an interesting experience at AT&T. AT&T Rep Shane handled a situation very calmly and respectfully with what appeared to be a homeless gentleman demanding to use a phone. When Shane declined (apparently this person used the phone earlier) the gentleman escalated his tone & started screaming profanities. Shane in a respectful yet authoritative tone asked the gentleman to leave. The man refused and continued to escalate verbally. Shane informed him again to leave and that the police were being called. Finally the gentleman left. Shane locked the door (while the man beat on the windows near the entrance), finished the call to the authorities and without missing a beat then resolved the phone issue I came in to discuss.

Thank you Shane for solving my phone issue as well as handling a very volatile situation. Be Safe.

Came into this store just to ask a simple question on my bill, and the manager Maria and her employee Shane both helped me realize I was paying way to much for what I had and helped me get set up with a bunch of savings and even a new iPhone! Augustine and Maria helped make a very difficult problem encountered via the 800 number disappear. Both went the extra mile to find an immediate resolution for some Christmas gifts. Use this store for any of your AT&T needs, they're the best.

These guys have saved me and my phone/ phone issues for the last 5 years. They are very patient and have helped me when no other store could. Yeah they get busy and may seem rude to other people but its not an easy job dealing with people's phones. They are not magicians they simply do their job, and they are probably doing it for 15.00 an hour which isnt a lot to fix phone problems. I don't think they are on commission! Anyhow, overall I am really glad this store is IN West Seattle and I depend on them when I have any issue which they have always been able to fix!

Lola was very personable and professional throughout the transaction I came in with major problems with my phone. Wasn’t working because of some tower upgrade and I was very upset but she was very helpful and one of the best experiences I’ve ever had glad the stores open!

Lola, Jacob, and Gurpinder were super friendly and helpful! My phones Sim card randomly got suspended and they were all patient and professional helping me figure it out.

I brought a new phone in for assistance porting and transfer of a stubborn SIM card. Marquis helped me out and I was out the door in approx. 15 min. I very much appreciate the good customer service. Thank you.
