The UPS Store

This is my go to UPS store in the area. I ship close to a hundred packages a month through this store and have never had a problem. Even at times when they are busy, staff are polite and able to multi-task and scan people who have drop off packages while waiting for another transaction to finish up.

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful with any question you ask.

I also have a box at the store and have many packages getting delivered to this location. Staff has never lost a single package and have been more than helpful with tracking delayed packages from UPS.

I thank the staff for all their hard work and dedication and look forward to continuing to use their services.

It’s a warm welcoming place as always. I’ve been to this place for all my shipping services, drop off and pickup. Yet they’re busy during mornings, definitely they make time in assisting to package the deliveries, and impressed them thinking over to advice on the two way return labels plus how it works. That was really helpful..!!

My go to place to drop Amazon returns. First time I needed to pack myself and didn't realize. They took care of it for me and let me know what to look for next time. Much appreciated!

I return items to this store weekly, and also ship things out periodically, and always have a great experience. One of the employees, I believe his name is Yash, is great. They always go out of there way if I have an issue or questions on shipping.

I can't think of a time that the service here wasn't excellent. Jim especially, has been helpful, gracious, and is the reason I go out of my way to use this store for all of my shipment needs. I've witnessed Jim in the most stressful situations, remain calm, and ensure the customer leaves feeling confident about their transaction. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. He's an extremely valuable asset and the identity of the store. Many thanks Jim!

Came here to say how incredible this location is. The staff is super friendly and quick. I go out of my way to go to this location specifically. Now I won’t go to any other UPS. Love coming here for my Amazon returns as well. I’m in and out in 20 seconds.

The Rolling Meadows IL UPS store is seriously great! Every time I've been there, the guys have been helpful and positive. Recently, I wanted to try scanning some of my collage papers that I made (artist here) into digital art for some of my clients. I had no idea what I was doing or if my idea would even work. They helped me the entire time, talking and laughing with me. I did not feel like I was a pain or a bother to them at all when I was telling them what I was trying to accomplish. I love going to this store. And now that my I was able to do my art request, I will continue going to this location for my scanning and printing needs. (and of course my mailing needs, too!). Love the guys at this store. Keep it up! And thanks for helping this artist accomplish an idea I had in my head!

I've shipped packages through my local UPS store multiple times. They're always quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been in and out in minutes every time.

I had an terrible experience trying to print something off at fedex so I thought i would give UPS a try. The young lady Bree and a gentleman name Rocca help me print out my documents and the young lady even helped me with some lamination as well!!! Thank you so much for the great service!!!!!

This store has had the air conditioner BROKEN for TWO WEEKS when I came in today. Despite this, the gentleman who assisted me was SUPER friendly and helpful. Usually when men are so nice, they're flirty or creepy; nope, not this guy! He was nothing but polite, professional, and positive! I thought I'd be charged for printing the shipping label, but it was free! Speedy service and great attitudes under terrible working conditions. These people need some recognition and praise! Great job!

Best UPS Store I've been to. Fast, efficient, and professional. They can produce quality prints and do a great job with shipping anything you bring in at an affordable rate.

The service at this location is always great! We had a mini-crisis sending out our wedding invitations and Jim went above and beyond to help us out, individually post-marking each one! I'm so appreciative of UPS and Jim's patience and assistance! Thank you!

I visited this store to ship medicine to a friend in another state. The medicine had to stay cool, so I brought an Igloo Playmate with ice to the store.

The clerk let me know that I could send the item using two different methods, and get it there at basically the same time, but one option was considerably cheaper. I took that option, and it got there as scheduled.

I realized a week later that I had forgotten the igloo and ice pack at the UPS store. I called, and they had it saved in the back. It's nice to know that everything forgotten is not lost. I will visit this store again! Thanks!
