CVS

With what little they seem to be given, staff makes the best with what they’re given. I rarely see more than 2 employees working the front which is a shame because that’s not enough to run a store, especially CVS. The manager is really kind and the staff is more than willing to drop what they’re doing to try and help as much as possible. It’s a shame they’re so short staffed.

i recently switch to CVS in Rolling Meadows. i am a creature of habit and i was very used to my old pharmacy. The people in the pharmacy have been patient with me and it is very much appreciated. nice people

when i call on the phone, even during 'high volume' times, I get someone relatively quickly and they answer my questions and attend to my concerns. Highly recommend.

I am still a little confused with using my account on their website, but when I call, they walk me through it or take care of it on their end for me.

We love CVS because of the great people like Uroosa Hussain working there. We went to Chicago from Houston and my father forgot his medicine in Houston. We went to CVS, shared our concern with the above named pharmacist. She listened to us very patiently and with kind heart. She did everything to help us out to get the medicine.

I highly recommend this cvs store. They are v professional and take customers seriously. My husband's medicine was not covered by my insurance. They went far and beyond, contacted my doctor and asked him to prescribe the medicine which is covered by my insurance without calling us to do the whole effort. Pharmacist Ms. Husain is very professional and hard working, always answers all my questions with smile and never delay any prescription in filling out. I am glad and satisfied to transfer from Walgreens to CVS Rowling meadows store. Good job!!!

Went there for a Tdap shot. Rachel was awesome, super friendly, explained everything and it was super clean

Great experience from the opening greeting, to finding the product I needed and moving quickly through the self service check out. And being asked if I needed any assistance. All is good.

I love the staff, the store and have always been treated very well.
I buy almost everything there. I still go there on my home from work even though I don't live close to them anymore.

Cvs os welcoming, has a friendly staff and is well stock!!

Very good customer service in the pharmacy and drive thru.

I always get my prescriptions when i need them right on time :)
