Panera Bread

I’ve always been a big fan of Panera, and this location is no exception., once you successfully get to it! The corner location at Rand and Palatine Rd make entering the location while heading east or south a bit of a precarious trick!

This restaurant location always seems to be very clean and well staffed. The food is always very fresh and presented well. The counter staff is very polite and welcoming. The location also has remote kiosks so you can order on your own without needing to go to the counter.

This location also has a drive up, which is very handy. It’s snakes around the building in a bit of an odd way, so be sure to look for signs, but it is definitely there!

In the summer, there is outside seating available. Even though it is at a busy intersection, the outside seating is set back away from the street a bit, and it’s also fenced off, so you don’t have to worry about your little ones running into the parking lot. There is reasonably ample seating inside the restaurant as well.

Have called on short notice TWICE, needing to get breakfast catered for a business event. Krysten has assisted me both times and made it happen! She was extremely patient and showed she cared. So thankful for the great service and food 😊

Panera was very tasty and filling as usual. I had the you-pick-two. Chipotle avocado chicken sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup.

I love the turkey Bravo from this place; it is one of my favorites. Their salads are good, too.

The cashier we had was outstanding. She made me feel welcomed and appreciate which is a great way to start an experience.

The apple today was rotten inside. Nasty - usually fine, 9/10 fine, this one the core was rotten. All the way to 3/4 inces from outside to the center.
They forgot the salad🥗 dressing 1/5 times. Other 4 times came with so no bad review 4 u
Theres no left turn in. Have to go to car-x and do a u-turn basically. Pull in the bank closer to car-x and it loops threw to panera bread. 🍞 🥪 🥖 🥐

The staff was wonderful. They even brought my food over as I was helping my daughter take off her coat.

Clean restaurant, tasty food including vegetarian options, and affordable. When you give your email they sign you up for Rewards and this time I got to choose a free pastry. This one had apples and cinnamon and was delicious.

The restaurant was super clean and the staff are incredibly kind! Especially Maggie, she deserves a raise for her good work ethics and friendliness! Highly recommend <3

Perfect portion size and orders are never wrong

Always get the half sandwich and bowl of soup combo! The soups always outrageously good served hot and the sandwich is the perfect balance for a full meal! Wanted to stop by and buy some bread but dared myself to get out the door before I did. Now I don't ever have to do that again and I can buy my loaf of breads.

I was super excited when this location opened and I have been going here since. The staff does an awesome job, given how busy they are. Recently, there was an issue with an online order, and they stepped up and made it right.

Panera in general can be spotty but this location is consistent and the food has always been prepared properly.

About $15 meal. Soup, sandwich, chopped salad. Soup in bread bowl is PERFECT

I had a problem with my order last night and called the restaurant but I was dissatisfied in the way the manager on the phone handled it. But before I gave a one-star review as a knee-jerk reaction, I came to the location this morning to speak with a manager in person. This restaurant is very lucky to have Rachel as a daytime manager because she went above and beyond to correct the issue from yesterday, resulting in us being very happy and this 5-star review!

Food is always great, so I never really post reviews, but today the manager Francisco earned my respect. He was extremely polite, informative and patient. Not often I feel people really care for their job but today I did. Keep up the good work.

I have to say that Panera is very clean, workers are friendly and the food is always on point. Their oatmeal is amazing for breakfast I recommend you to try it

**If you are driving on Dundee going east turn into the far right lane on Rand a then the entrance is a very quick right.**

The Smokehouse BBQ chicken is my new favorite. Their sourdough loaves are quite fantastic. I miss the veggie black bean soup though.
Update: the tomato soup is also rather fantastic.

I ordered one of each of the new breakfast wraps. Everyone loved them. I will start eating there more often. It was so much better than th he usual fast food. Quick service too.
