Stopped here for gas and to use the restroom. Decent location, parking lot on the small side. Staff were okay.

Half the pumps don't work

Went to stop in tonight for late night snacks because my sleep schedule is messed up and I am wide awake. Lights all on, doors locked. No one to be seen inside. Maybe they were using the bathroom, maybe not. But I could not get in to buy anything at all. Store is listed as 24hrs, but if the pumps are only 24/7 then the hours need revised to say "PUMPS 24/7"

Called 5 seprate times over an hour and the phone rang for 2 minuets straight before the line went dead. Must have been the 10:30 pm rush hour traffic keeping em busy

Today when I went inside the worker was too busy on facetime to acknowledge the customers at the register. She was sitting with her face in her phone. After finally ringing up my stuff, I said thank you! And got no response as she continued to speak on her video call.
I came back after work to get a drink for my drive home, finding the store closed- no big deal, short staffing so I understand. But the same worker was still there quite literally YELLING at customers and myself for pulling in while closed because obviously we didn't know they were closing early. She was so mean and yelling so loudly at several people. Just over and over "WE ARE CLOSED WE ARE CLOSED WE ARE CLOSED CANT YALL READ WE ARE CLOSED. PUMPS ARE OFF WE CLOSED"

This is my personal own experience.
I went in just to grab some gas and when I drove in it was the cashier standing outside arguing with her boyfriend. I went inside the store and stood there for about 5 minutes.. it took for me to outside for her to come back inside and service me.
I walk back outside and the guy is eyeing me down like I did something wrong or disturbing something.
Went to clean my windows and it was no cleaner available.
For me wasted time is worse than wasted money and I hate when others do things like I’m on their time. I hate that.
She looked older so I’m not sure why her problems weren’t left at home.
Do better.

Went in yesterday morning for gas and to grab a coffee before heading out for a long difficult day. The manager and assistant were yelling and cussing at each other about another employee while waiting on customers. Still I smiled and encourage them to try to have a good day. She just scowled at me.

Worst run gas station in town .... Never has coffee or cappuccino, never open before 6 and just now at 1:20 pm on a Friday, doors were locked because not enough staff to cover a bathroom break.... I get the bathroom break, we all need to go but there should be enough people on staff to cover it....

Went here today 09/04/20 around 6:30pm. The young man behind the counter was rude, unprofessional and ignored the paying customers as well had headphones in the whole time. He was seen sitting down eating in the middle of someone try to pay. When it was my turn I asked politely if he heard in needed gas. He glared at me and tapped the screen saying "you can that it is there". He even got mad at me when I explained what I needed from behind the counter after I corrected him. I have never had a bad experience from any other workers, as I stop there often. But with that young male (no name tag) makes me rethink of stopping there again.

worst gas station in town. cold drink selection is horrible. never even have water bottles for purchase. so gross and dirty inside too. no clue how this place even stays open

Just wondering if the inside is ever open anymore. Seems like it's always closed and when, if, it's ever open it's not very long. This place has gone downhill since Mike left. The attendants seem more concerned about being on their phones or talking with each other. They're also not as friendly as others in the past. Very disappointed to see how much this place has gone downhill

Woman today 3/14/20 at 8am was very unpleasant to deal with. While on the phone , and taking my request for a product she asked for my ID. I only had a military ID on me in which she asked if it was expired. I politely told the woman I'm not sure as I was grabbing it out of my wallet. She then turns, fumbles through some paperwork. I finally found my ID where IT WAS not expired, but she then tells me I can't take military ID's. For the love of Christ Circle K....you guys dont take, or do take military IDs? It wasnt expired at that...get it together!

I literally went across the street and provided the same ID to another gas station where there was absolutely no questions asked. The woman at another gas station saw my BDAY and the EXPIRATION date, and politely finished my transaction. I will not be going to this gas station anymore...

Went in to get a Dr pepper and it was watered down went back in and told the guy working and told me to exchange it so i did so i got a sprite. Then was walking out and the guy goes "you owe me 99 cents" you tell me to echange a defective product and then charge me for it!?!?! Asked for the managers number and would only give me the store number. Walked out without a drink that i paid for..

I went to buy cigarettes and my son was with me and she wouldn't let me get them because he wasn't over 18 then rejected me when my ID was expired and I'm 45 just because that's expired doesn't mean I am. Your cashier is a b*tch

Gas pumps not working again, no attendants inside after 8 PM. Unable to print receipt at pumps.

I don't like how they display a low price for paying through ACH, but I have to pay more with credit card. Since they started charging a higher price for credit card I have stopped going there.
