They carry a lot of different types of merchandise, even office cleaning supplies! That surprised & impressed me. You can get everything you need for your office in one stop. Also, the people are extremely nice & helpful.

Wow, it has been a very long time since I've had to head into an Office Depot. My laptop SSD died and I needed to find a replacement in a hurry.

I was stunned when Office Depot came back as a Google search for places that had SSDs near me. Being that they had exactly the M.2 drive that I needed, I drove over to see if they really had it.

I was beyond surprised at how much they have in terms of PC and Laptop equipment. I have mostly switched to ordering parts online, I was thrilled to see we still have stores in town with plenty of computer parts if you are in a jam and need the parts same day.

As well, the staff was very friendly and the cashier helped me get a discount by pointing out a superior SDD was on sale for less.

Hidden gem! Purchased office furniture for a reasonable price as well as the unexpected Keurig coffee! Thank you!

The young lady who was working the register this morning really impressed me.
The payment thing froze up, and we had to go over to a different register to complete the transaction.
She was very polite and calm.
Meanwhile, an angry old man was being very rude and ended up walking out of the store, muttering insults under his breath.

The employee didn't take his bait. She stayed professional, and I was impressed enough I wanted to leave a good review. Nasty customers are so tough to deal with, and this polite, friendly woman working the register made my day better by remaining positive! You are awesome!

Stopped in to look at printers for my new business. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to help me with much more for new business. The local store is close by if I need to stop in for something in a pinch, and the online ordering is quick and easy (especially with the the support staff available via phone). All around, the team at Office Depot seems to be a great asset to a small business owner.

Last week I had a great experience in print and copy. I always have some strange project that needs printing, usually through trial and error to get the right sizing. Roman was helping me print a project and was extremely kind and patient. Made sure that the prints were exactly what I wanted and spent some time to get them just right.

Great manager & staff, positive environment, technical expertise a plus!

Jeremy was amazing in the print and copy section! The online shop had issues and didn’t process my card correctly so he helped me out and we got my stuff re-ordered and got it printed immediately. He was so friendly and made it such a better experience. Corporate does need to work on informing customers when things go wrong with their orders online to avoid their employees taking the wrath from upset customers. Thanks again Jeremy!

Employees go beyond expectations to find products for the customers.

My visits to the office Depot in Normal Illinois I usually always find the merchandise I am looking for. The employees are very helpful and I get credits when I take back empty ink cartriges.

Office Depot allows you to recycle laser printer cartridges up to five in a month to receive a credit of $10. They have many good sales on office supplies and offer good customer service while in the store. Restrooms are clean. I enjoy going to this store.

I went to Print a Label for shipping. LeeRoy from print and copy services helped me out with taping and packaging the parcel. He was very helpful and courteous. Thank you so much LeeRoy for all the help. Thank you Office Depot for employing such nice and kind hearted people.

My experience at Office Depot today was so good. Roman was courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. He was an excellent help to me for my difficult transaction.

I purchased some furniture here, and it was an excellent experience! They have a huge showroom of it all, I got to experience all of the desks and chairs on my time and didn't feel rushed. I love their Shaq chairs. I brought the tags to the front and they got it all ordered and pulled from the back, which a very helpful guy assisted me getting it into my car and thanked me sincerely for my purchase!! I finally experienced a retail store that had a good in store selection of products with excellent customer service! Our associate, Tom shined!

Such a great experience with printing services! The guys helped me out when I was in a jam and came through with same day service, they had loads of patience with me when I had to swap out the file 3 times. Great quality prints, Definitely recommend!

In and out with what I need in less than 5 minutes. Employees had great attitudes. Opened up new registers as soon as lines started to form.

So I wrote a review earlier today and it was not a good one. However, I want folks to know my issue was not with the store, which I thought was the issue at first, it was with the uploading documents to the website. I had to go back to the store and Nick waited on my, which he had done for the last couple of orders I had him print. He was able to take care of this service and get me on my way. I deeply regret that review and when I find it, it is going to be deleted. Sorry Paige!
