You can always depend on Marriott.
They never disappoint.
The room was excellent.
I even screwed up my dates when booking. When I showed up, they went out of their way to fix my mistake. Amazing.

I would stay here again, and coming from me, that’s saying a lot!
Front check-in was easy, the price was great, the room was clean, and there was nothing that I would have to complain about. Well, maybe the lights could be a little little bit brighter in the room, but besides that nothing! Going down for coffee in the next morning I was greeted by Tim and Ayana, and they made us a fresh cup of Starbucks coffee. She is delightful, a breath of fresh air in a dreary Illinois morning!

Great stay! Super friendly staff. Please clean under beds. I dropped something and it was gross.

Great little courtyard and close to one thing places to eat. The AC in the room kept making a clicking nose but other than that it was clean, in great condition, and very quiet.

One of the quickest spots to get to veterans parkway...have all the hot spots to go right down the road. Storefront clean, interior beat and neat. My.one stop hotel in normal illinois.

Friendly staff and best service! After traveling and staying at several hotels, this was the best check-in of them all. While the hotel shows some age and wear, the attention we received from Andrew on arrival was terrific. Christina, upon check out, was also concerned that we enjoyed our stay and was delightful.

We stayed here the last two times to visit family and had a very positive experience. The staff was helpful, friendly and the location was great for us. Being near a Walmart was handy as at times we had to pick up some things during our stay. For future visits, Courtyard by Marriott will be our first choice.

Comfortable and quiet just like how I like my hotel rooms. The plugs were loose and slightly dirty but meh. I would stay again. Slightly older rooms with layout but I was there less than 8 hours. Front desk very friendly

Very kind staff, helped me book a room when every other hotel was full, they looked thoroughly through their system to see if anybody canceled, and sure enough 1 person did, I arrived in town late and was super drowsy. Gave me free snacks and juice also, very clean and spacious room, super spacious with balcony at a good price!

I always come here when I’m in town. Very clean rooms and common areas. My only issue is that they advertise a different breakfast menu than what is actually available. I saw a wonderful avocado toast platter on a flyer in the elevator and all they actually had was baked goods. I did have a nice yogurt parfait and a coffee.

Fresh smell upon entry of the room. Great location for restaurants and stores. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk associates. I'd stay there again.

Stayed here with my family as I am a travel nurse and wanted to bring my family up. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A bit of a wait during check in because it was a very busy weekend. The general manager offered my children lots of goodies and was very apologetic for the wait. We had a wonderful stay would definitely stay here again. Thank you all for a great stay and wonderful customer service.

I am writing a post- stay review. I really loved this place and will continue to book for several weeks on weekends while my mother is in rehab in Bloomington. The room and bed were so comfortable and the room was clean and just perfect. The GM went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. The staff was also very excellent and helpful. I would not go anywhere else.

First thing you notice when you walk in the door is a clean and decorated lobby. This immediately points to the appearance of good management and staff. Second thing you notice is cleanliness. Third thing you notice is the friendly staff wandering around diligently addressing guests needs.

There are 750 thousand hotels in Bloomington Normal. I called a dozen of them trying to find the perfect venue for my event. Then I found this one. The communication start to finish was clear and concise. Tonight was perfect and I cannot thank the team here enough!

GREAT hotel! The room was a bit cozy for 2 adults and 2 kids, but it was clean and comfortable. I was in town for a meeting during the day and we planned on leaving in the evening. They were gracious enough to allow us a late check-out to accommodate our little ones' afternoon nap. Way above and beyond! Thank you!

Stayed June 15-18 for Tailgate concert ! Staff was awesome and room was great ! Will make this my hotel of choice

Great hotel, wonderful sleep. The General Manager was working the overnight shift and she was very friendly. Everyone I encountered on property for the short time I was there was professional and courteous. Will definitely return if in the area again.

My daughter and I felt so welcomed by the staff. We were traveling during the bad weather and needed a place to get off the road. The desk staff had everything ready and were very friendly. We especially appreciated Barb who made us a delicious breakfast and sent us off with a smile.

Very friendly staff from the General Manager on down. Rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. Price is reasonable. Within walking distance of a Walmart and CVS for things you need and forgot. Many restaurants both the usual fast and fast casual, along with some local places that are very good and different. Easy access to and from I-55. We will be staying there again.

Arrived very late at night and was fortunate that they had excellent room reasonably priced as I had NO reservation. Excellent healthy food choices plus excellent range of beverage choices even though the Bistro was closed at 10 pm...before I arrived ...

Breakfast options at the Bistro plentiful and very well prepared..all staff exceptionally courteous and friendly.
