This place is amazing! The last few years it's been a struggle for me to find properly fitting dress shoes. The gentleman who helped me out was great, he answered all of my questions & was very attentive! Reasonable pricing for top quality brand names! This store is a true gem & a definite must for anyone who has a hard time finding comfortable, proper fitting, and attractive footwear!

The best shoes! I have neuropathy, so finding shoes that fit just right is hard. Highly recommend! Also, the owner is very kind, and knowlegable. She makes you feel welcome!

I was sent to Sole Savers shoe store by Comprehensive Prosthetics and Orthotics. I entered and saw two receptionists. I waited while one was on the phone. I told her I was there for the shoe store and she said that the store manager was on lunch and she didn't know when she would be back and she was the only one who could help me. I asked if I could wait and she said that the manager also had other things to do so she might not be back right away. This receptionist had the "not my job, not my problem" attitude. If you are the first face someone sees when they walk in the building, you need to be better at giving great customer service. I ended up seeing the exact pair of shoes I am required to wear, but with no one willing or able to help me, I ordered them online. We wonder why online shopping has become so popular.....
