I had the pleasure to work with Drake at this location. I brought in my new S23 and he totally set it all up, did the transfer and made sure I walked out with my phone working. He was so patient and understanding and I wanted to recognize him as his help to me meant so much. He is a perfect example of why I have been a long term T-Mobile customer. Thanks Drake😊

Great service and friendly employees all around. Relatively new location with all the expected phones offered by T-Mobile. Quick and attentive service. Manager was very helpful and kind. Quick turn around on a new phone purchase and transfer from old phone. Would recommend to any Tmobile customers.

I am a senior citizen and I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile while doing my upgrade. The staff was very fast and knowledgeable. They explained to me what they were doing so I understood the process. I felt welcomed and respected in this store, they were patient with me and answered all my questions. Thank you Sophia and her manager Josue!

I went in 2 different times within a week to buy 2 new phones. They were professional, polite and helpful in replacing/upgrading my phones, transferring the data, and answering questions along the way. They were busy the second day, and in my observation, were able to help all the customers while during some of the down time in my phone upgrade. I have had numerous problems since the sprint migration to T-Mobile. Every time I go in there, the general manager, Josue is there is always goes above and beyond to fix my issues. They are never easy problems to fix and he always manages to solve whatever problem I have. I 100% suggest this store and their employees. Their customer service and T-Mobile knowledge is top notch!

They were very kind and helpful, I bought a new phone. Also very nice to show me how to do things on my new phone. They switched everything over from my old phone. Very happy, even though they were very crowded they took care of me very nicely. Thank you, Sophia.

The manager, Josue, is amazing. There was an issue with our Sprint/T-Mobile phone insurance, and he got on the phone and fought for our phone to be covered. He talked to three different insurance people for us, and even got his supervisor involved. It was a really long ordeal and really frustrating, but he made it way easier for us. Knowing he had our back really helped a lot and he solved our problem amazingly!! Give the man a raise!!

I came in here twice in one week as I needed assistance with getting a phone & Erick was SUPER helpful in helping me from explaining the varieties of phone features, ordering, & even helping me set up my new phone after it shipped to my house! Talk about EXPERIENCED & AMAZING customer service! I would DEFINITELY refer my friends, co-workers, & family to come in & purchase a phone from Erick. He is VERY knowledgeable & is NOT a pushy " car salesman" type of salesperson. Kudos to him & T-Mobile for giving customers great products AND most importantly too is GRREAT customer service! We came in for a new family plan, got 3 phones, 2 new lines and transfered 2 existing lines. Josue and Christy spent a lot of time with us and Josue even went to another store to get the right color phone. They even saved us more off our plan than we expected. Very helpful for us technically challenged!

Very helpful customer service in getting me set up for T-Mobile Wireless home internet. I was very pleased with the result: $50 per month complete with no additional charges of any kind and no data caps.

David's professional and comprehensive tech support was phenomenal! He assisted in setting up multiple phones and tablets with such patience. MOE and DAVID HERNANDEZ, Store Manager are AMAZING!!!
Last night, 15 minutes before the store would close (8PM), my charger port on my Samsung Phone was broken, and would no longer be able to charge my phone. Moe and David gave options to buy another Samsung, and transferred ALL my Data to the new phone. We were in the store until after 9PM until Moe and David made certain ALL my transfer was completed. If you want GREAT Technical knowledge, and 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, visit this T-MOBILE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOE AND DAVID who are the BEST at what they do!!!!!!

Neeka and Justin were great. They answered all my questions. I went back the next day to switch, and they informed Anne I would be coming. She did a great job as well. My number was ported almost instantly. What a great deal thier One Plus @work plan. My employees who have 4 lines or more with T-Mobile same money on thier plan too!

Jacob at store Naperville location was AMAZING and his customer service was appreciated. I had an incident that Apple couldn’t resolve and he made my life that much more easier. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
