Starbucks

I wanted to share something I saw here today with the review.

The customer in front of me was very rude to the staff who were genuinely trying to help her. Not sure of the whole story, but this person clearly had very unreasonable and unrealistic expectations, verbally abusing the staff as they gave her a refund and she walked out.

All the members of the staff remained calm, treated her politely and I want to commend them for this! It’s hard to do that! And no one should have to tend to this kind of behavior! This is a great store, with awesome staff and great service !!! I wanted to thank them for it! 😊

Always busy. My local Starbucks. They’re always really friendly and efficient. They do run out of stuff like oat milk more than you’d like, and the drive thru ordering was broken for a while. Kind of feels like Corporate doesn’t show them enough love, even though they’re so busy. Everyone their has such a good attitude about it all that it still merits 5 stars

Food and drinks are excellent. Loved the spinach and feta wrap.

I just wanted to say that I go to Starbucks multiple times a week and always have great service but when we visited on Monday, Jaime was outstanding!!! He was so kind, helpful, customer centered and welcoming. I said to my husband I wonder if he’s the manager because he’s got manager energy. My dad, worked for Starbucks for most of childhood, 15 years so I am passionate about the company but have never looked up a way to leave a review. Jaime deserves a shout out!

Janet was an absolute delight. Genuinely made the entire experience.

I will start off by saying that this location is filled with very kind & respectful staff members. I have only had great experiences with them, even during their busy times!

During my visit today I encountered a woman screaming her face off at a few baristas that her order should have been ready and that when it was it was "not made correctly" and that there was no way it was the right amount of flavor she asked for. They then made it in front of her so that she was able to see that they were making it as she asked. She then threw it back at them and said it was wrong again and started yelling at them. Altogether, she was just being disrespectful to the staff and they handled it SO professionally and were nothing but kind to her. I understand people have rough days -- I have to think this was one for her...They handed her multiple gift cards as soon as they were giving her her drink to apologize for the delay and for it being "incorrect". POINT BEING, I appreciate them being so kind even though they were not shown that from the woman screaming at them. They were nothing but respectful the entire situation and kept their cool. Thank you to the staff there that still spread kindness! :)

I usually don't go to Starbucks, but one morning I was leaving my boyfriend's house for work and needed breakfast. I had the most wonderful experience at the window. Gwen, the woman handling my payment, was so genuine. My sandwich was taking a couple minutes and she made it a point to talk to me and ask about my day. Overall, the line was long but was taken care of in a timely manner, and the staff is friendly and outstanding. I will be sure to hit this Starbucks more often!

Had a bunch of gift certificates so I went and bought 5 lb of coffee. The staff was courteous happy and willing to help me. The store is clean several people outside and inside. I will go back to the Starbucks

Ok first off,the staff here are very kind and they are very encouraging. I wasn't 100% sure If I had enough money so I gave the person who made my coffee what I thought was enough and he was very respectful and said you nailed it! And secondly,the coffee here is absolutely amazing!! The staff are so kind and caring and the coffee tastes like heaven!!!

This Starbucks has great service, but I want to give special recognition to Nick. We visited your store today and went through the drive through. My wife had lost a critical component to her cochlear implant after having opened the door while we were waiting at the window. While the component was ultimately found elsewhere, Nick didn’t hesitate to physically check the drive through area while on the phone with me. He went above and beyond to helped out. I believe service like this deserves to be called out, especially as service has waned in a number of industries.

My girlfriend went to a compleatly different Starbucks and they messed her drink up. I went here and told them what happened not expecting to get anything remade or refunded, however the manager did remake the drink and did not charge me for it. I've been coming to this Starbucks since it first opened and will continue to come to this one for ever. The customer service is always perfect and they never make a bad drink. Everybody is friendly and the store is extremely clean

Always right, always friendly... the drive thru is a little slow, but that's more on the way the drive is configured, not on the people who service it.

Very nice and great service

This is the only Starbucks that I will go to. The wonderful people who work here are the most genuine and friendly staff I have encountered at any location. They are always so nice when I come by, very fast with the orders and they always have such a positive attitude. So thankful for everyone who works at this location

Ryan is a great guy, friendly every time I visit this location and the definition of good customer service. I have only ever seen him in the drive thru line but it is always a pleasant encounter. Don’t go inside often but drive thru is usually pretty quick. Good luck to you Ryan in all your future endeavors, he is the reason I am writing this review. Also, the nitro cold brew is bomb!

Very nice place inside of Edward hospital naperville

This is a very nice store with great people. But I find it unbelievable that Starbucks doesn't have salt and pepper availible considering they sell sandwiches and other food items. I know they will say it's packed with the food. If they would actually eat the food they sell they would find the salt all clumped up from the moisture. This problem is at all the stores. Is a shame cause the food quality is very good.

Starbucks is always my favorite place to go when I need a quiet place to do my homework. The staff is amazing all of the time and make the experience amazing!

I mean- It's starbucks... What's not to love? 👀 The staff are very down to earth and just as confused as i am about the different sizes in different languages 😅😂 Their macchiato is amazing, but keep in mind that the small size- is a small size. Dunkin Doughnuts gives more :Sips Tea: I highly recommend the Java Chip Frappuchino 😻😻😻 I am in love with it! Of course it is a very tiny bit pricey, but it is well worth the treat. Inside is clean and cozy. Plus the coffee smell is so invigorating ✨

This is a tiny Starbucks but cozy to have some delicious coffee pastries or anything you have a taste for. The employees are pretty nice. Would def stroll around here again sometime.
