Jewel-Osco

The Floral department at this store is the best floral department across all Jewel-Osco stores. I went here Saturday 10/15 to help my future father in-law get flowers for my future mother in-law as a surprise Sweetest Day gift. The manager Allison was very helpful. She professionally guided me to all types of ideas. The selection was incredible and I splurged for all the extra brownie points I could get. I ended up buying over $75 of 3 for $15's, an arrangement, and stock(decorative fall twisty twigs and brightly colored wheat!). I love coming to this store's Floral department for the past couple of years because you can tell this Manager CARES and KNOWS HOW TO DO IT RIGHT! I also bought some other things from grocery, a cold but over priced Sunkist and some cheese. Everyone here is great, I miss Tony, Jose is awesome. But I always come for the flowers. With Allison's guidance I was able to put together a couple amazing bouquets to save the day!

Employees are always very nice here. Produce sales are terrific during the summer time. Quality is good. Meat department had great sales like buy 1 rib get 2 free earlier in the summer. Very good deals. Make sure you have a free account with them, so you can get these deals.

Ultimate Thanksgiving turkey package was perfect. Service was awesome. Selection of cookies made my mouth water. Thank you for being open on Thanksgiving.

The Associates here are always so helpful and polite! I'm not familiar with the locations of items so the extra long isles are frustrating. The great Staff make up for it, tho!

UPDATE: Just there again today. Months later I've NEVER been disappointed with the superior level of service that the Staff here provides!

Very neatly organized store with wide varities of eats and vegies n fruits. These products are like garden fresh. There are many varieties of drinks and other edible stuffs. Caters household daily needs.

I also like the fact that they also have a in- house pharmacy, thay really helps me with my time.

Although I love this Jewel-Osco on 75th and naper, in Naperville. The pharmacy there seems to have a tremendous employee turnover. The pharmacy staff seems to be overworked and has a very hard time getting prescriptions filled and back to the customers and a timely manner. No matter what time of day or night especially afternoon it takes forever to get a prescription. The rest of the store is extremely well stocked, has fast efficient employees, it's a Wonderful grocery shopping experience. Also their sales are great, fresh butcher seafood deli and produce departments along with bakery floral and checkouts are on extremely well always Berry fresh and very friendly departments. Sincerely, very satisfied grocery customer.

Our go-to food store. They have what we want/need and is conveniently located. The online ordering and curbside pickup have been a top -notch service during the pandemic. Ordering is easy via web, easy to see on my phone and check-in for pickup takes just a few minutes. The staffers that do the shopping and roll out the cart are always friendly and attentive

While delivery services have their advantages, I prefer knowing the store I shop from will have the brands that I like. Jewel has done their homework well.

I can't say enough about the pharmacy staff. They are so helpful and pleasant....I am coming from being a customer of the Walgreens on Washington & 87th, so I won't lie, the bar was pretty low😂. The staff (mostly women....which shouldn't matter....but I can't help but appreciate the strong, competent, caring, female energy I get at this pharmacy). They are often busy and work their tails off, but still take good care of you when it's your turn, and communicate well.

The pharmacy is fantastic!!! I currently don't have insurance and was going to pay $523 for a prescription that I needed. The pharmacist told me about a one time refill for free program with the drug manufacturer to try. It worked, they are incredible! I've used other pharmacies and never have they recommended ways to save money. I can't say enough about this Osco pharmacy!

Found everything on our grocery list. I'm very happy with this store, although not our regular location.

I prefer it over Marianos. Prices are much better. Selection the same but less pretentious. People are friendly, weird to say that such a large place feels like the little neighborhood grocery store. I see the same people working registers and bagging and they are all friendly.

Store is always clean, staff are always helpful (even when it is busy), and there is a great selection! The cakes always have such cute decorations as well!

Even if you get one prescription for a random ear
medication the switch over to Osco from Walgreens is worth it. Hardly ever wait more than 3 minutes, usually you walk right up to counter. Plus a Legitimate 20% off coupon after five prescriptions that can be used with other sales. Plus after seeing Walgreens executive management team get scammed by Theranos I’m just a little concerned how things are ran over there. That guy “Dr.J” probably made millions over there! Wow. Please Walgreens give me a job like his. I’m a very competent retired firefighter.

I have gone to 3-4 Jewel/Oscos in Chicago and 3-6 in the suburbs. Not
I have a small amount of hard data for ya, but my experiences are what I’m working with here. I always walk away feeling pleasantly surprised about my Osco Pharmacy experience.

I got to level with you, I’m 44 years old and really feel like I found something amazing here and I want to shout it from the mountain tops to anyone who will listen.

Walgreens pick yourself up and keep at it!

Always a pleasure to visit this store and every store. I get all I intended, good stock, and very important friendly employees. The bring cheers everytime I take their help.

This is my favorite Jewel in the area. I go a bit out of my way to go to it. Better prices than any of the other Jewels... and, I have 6 to choose from. The lay out of the store is awesome... great Lightning helps too for a nice environment. I also know if I cannot find what I want.....75th street Market Meadows Jewel has it. I can talk about a few other cool things about THIS Jewel, but I'll leave that for another conversation

I like this Jewel. Come often and they have great deals sometimes and my kids love coming for a cookie and riding around in the 'cool carts' (i.e. fire truck, race car, etc.). All Jewel's should have these carts, but don't. It makes it more enjoyable to grocery shop with kids.

This store became much better than 5 years ago. Quality, prices and the service are the best in area for the broad number of items, including flowers, beer, meat, vegetables, etc.
