We had a great experience tonight in the paint department! We had questions about colors, the right paint to use, rollers etc. Arne was there to help. He was patient in answering our questions and actually seemed interested in doing so. He gave us outstanding customer service, like so unbelievable now a days that I felt compelled to write this!

Had exactly what we needed at the right price at exactly the time we needed it- when no one else in town did. Was great at consulting on options and helping load the purchase.

The mail-in rebate you can easily accidentally throw away bugs me- could just give everyone a loyalty gift card with 11% credit on each purchase. (Or less if it's guaranteed customers will use it) But you catch great deals there compared to other "Hardware +" stores even if you don't use it.

I've come to love this store. They have virtually everything you can imagine for the home improvement project. I really appreciate their knowledgeable staff and the ability to rent vehicles out!

Shopped in the Garden Center (08.05.23). Our cashier (Kat) was waiting for manager assistance, and a long line was building. Kat was professional and handled the situation with humor and grace. The five stars are for Kat! Thank you, and I hope her manager sees this review.

Great outdoor center for plants. Our store has expanded the lumber area and lawn and garden, they definitely have almost anything you could need for repairs or home improvement.

Always check prices everywhere and seems like Menards wins my purchase most everytime

They meet all my needs for DIY projects, painting supplies,lumber, tools, plumbing, and many more interesting supplies. The store is always clean, the employee's go out of their way to help customers. There is a employee near by when you need help. Not like home depot, can never find employee's there.

Love the kitchen sink and faucet I got at Menard's! Installation was a breeze, and the prices were very fair.

I shop here for many reasons. The first one is the great prices versus the competition and the second one is the helpful staff that actually answers my questions. I have lost my phone and my wallet in this store and both times they were found by the staff and returned to me. Thanks team!!

Thank you for not ripping people off in their time of need like the flanderer brothers that own Meijer who expect everybody to spend 30% more every week for food just because they pay $5000 per day gross (with a huge list of useless middle people involved)for a guy who put puts up useless trim boards or throws them in their many many trash cans just to manipulate some poor customer for some strange reason.

They had exactly what I needed for my home, including an incredibly comfortable air-conditioned store, on this hot, humid day!

Menards is the first place I go to purchase my household items. They always have great prices and a good selection. I appreciate the frequent sales they have and the fact that the shelves are lower than most stores. I am 5 feet tall and I seldom have trouble reaching top counter items. If I do there's always someone there to help. Returns are easy as they have machines you can look the item up and print a receipt if you have lost the original.

Customer service was friendly and very helpful in helping me find the right bolts, nuts, and roll of galvanized hanger strap.

Friendly staff, and happy to help. Grabbed a bag of onions that we needed a long with what we came in for. Motor oil, weed killer and cleaning essentials.

We ordered our cabinets and countertops through here and we loved our experience in that department with Jill. She was so helpful and nice. We also love their pool supply department, the prices are very competitive!

Great place to shop, the employees don't hover, but if you ask for help they are very happy and willing to help. I bought all the supplies for a roof and the associate took me step by step through every thing I would need. He was more patient with me than I would have been with myself and helped me get everything. I will definitely be returning.

Glad to see they have reversed their policy of not allowing children under 16 in the store. Service has improved markedly at this location. Prices are also much better here than at the local hardware stores or the home centers. This is even before the rebates.
